I know it is not the same as hearing the english voices but like I said if you know what happens it really is all about gameplay.

At least it's just an HD Remake... Fatal Frame 4 was bought out by Nintendo and released only in Japan. Even if it were released worldwide I still wouldn't be able to play it because it's not on a console that I own anymore.

WADA loves money too much. Right now they want the people n Japan to over pay for this like every game than we will get a cheaper version at 39.99. Also SE will announce at TGD next year KH HD collection version 1.0 which will also be exclusive to Japan. Ly to come it in states

While i personally enjoyed 13, i think making Lightning Returns NOW was a problem. They shouldve waited A LONG WHILE for that.I do agree they should announce more info on pretty much everything that ISNT Lightning Returns. Although you can kind of assume that since theyre doing the KH collections that there will soon be KH3.

Exactly. I'm having trouble understanding SE decisions once again. Instead of releasing releasing the remix with all KH games included they decided to release it in parts in an obvious attempt maximize their profits, but then they restrict themselves to japan? Which completely throws maximizing profits out the window.

Not to mention all of the games you brought up that most people in NA/EU would rather buy over FF13-3 not releasing.

That's definitely what I am feeling. Remaking games in Japan seems to be somewhat standard. Most of the Final Fantasy games get a initial release then an international release which receives many of the improvements the western releases got.

If they aren't going release remix I hope they bundle the next collection with this one to make a collection that they KNOW will sell over here.

I'm not gonna take this as confirmation but, IF WADA is really this stupid then Its a very big and missed opportunity! The west has never gotten the full KH experience because the Final Mix editions of the KH games were japan exclusive. Its damn shame. Since the PS3 is region free we can still import it, but we don't know if it will have the english dub included. Overall just some very head scratching decisions made this gen by Square I don't see the reasoning on why they neglected the PlayStation brand so much this gen considering it was their main profit platform the previous 2 gens. I am referring to the main console PS3 as the PSP had some quality exclusive games from Square like KH:BBS, Dissidia's, 3rd birthday yes I did enjoy this game.

I mean, they put a lot of effort to deliver an HD Collection (or half of one, considering the absence of KHII & KH:BbS), with a remake of all KH 358/2 Days' cutscenes, to the fans. It's only logical to announce it firstly for Japan (it IS a Japanese game after all) and THEN to the rest of the world. Of course, Wada can always act as Wada and blow everything up! The most likely KH game to not be released internationally was RE - chain of memories, which was originally a Japan exclusive bundles with KH2FM, and even that got released in the end... There should be no doubt in anyones mind that HD will be released overseas.

If KH2 FM was in 1.5 then people would complain about the lack of content in the inevitable 2.5 ReMix. It's a pretty good guess that when they do 2.5 ReMix it will have KH2 FM, BBS FM and HD versions of the cutscenes in KH Re:Coded.

For once it's sensible marketing, who's gunna buy a 2.5 ReMiX with a collection of side games if KH, KH2 or even BBS are all in the same collection? Not anywhere near as many as will buy both collections if they split the "main games" up.

All the games are important to the story, some less than others but that's a debatable point. KH Re:CoM is pretty important to the story, the first parts of KH2 make little sense without it, the fact Organization XIII is already missing members, new characters, why Sora was asleep and missing memories, how Riku got out of the dark realm and took on Ansem's form etc. People just give the non numbered (except BBS and 3D) games a bad rap due to their differing gameplay styles.
