Seriously a lot of people are nervous about buying this game after what happened with the first..

1. The bugs and glitches

2. Collected overrated hype from the trailer cause it was CGI (fault of the viewer/gamer)

3. Network/Online lobby set up could have been done way better

I think those reasons are a factor in that $50 price tag. I have to decide if Im gonna buy this over Day Z, The War Z, etc.

Honestly i though the game was awesome. Sure the graphics were not the best but the game play the environments, the weapons the fact that you could have 3 other fiends with you killing zombies was just really FUN.

I might have been lucky but i never ran into any Bugs and Gliches.

I liked it too, the only things I didnt like were the stupid save bug that wouldnt save the game right so I have to re do soo many parts (i used ps3 version) Its like playing Double Dragon Neon, you might as well have no checkpoints like in that game.

The other thing is trying to find a game in arena mode. You can tell who is playing if anyone is playing arena mode at all. I still have yet to play the mode online :(

Other than that, yea online mode was awesome! I laughed so hard with the funny experience in my group, especially in the jungle part. Good times :D

I did, i was expecting to play as the little girl. I wanted to spend %50 of the game running up & down the hotel trying to avoid the zombies while i found my parents room. Then i wanted to spend the other %50 of the game trapped in a small hotel room to await my inevitable death.

But NOOOOOO... What did i get? Wide open spaces, a good zombie story with beautiful unique settings (Island resort, City, and a tropical jungle) and a huge focus on melee weapons (rather than pew, pew, pew) and survival.... A decent Co-op game and vehicles to traverse the world and run over the zombies as i saw fit,,, BULLSH*T!! >:(

They show off a game trailer about story and human survival and emotions and hard choices, but the actual game is about looting and mowing down hordes of Zombies. >_> not falling for this one again.

Seriously. Those trailers would be more appropriate for something like Project Zomboid or something. The actual story in the first one was fairly straightforward action stuff, not the emotional rollercoaster the trailer suggested.

Still liked the game though...as much as the bugs and glitches would allow me to, that is.

In the movie Transformers they show the trailer as having a deep story but when you watch the movie there are plot hole and the story is shit but its always awesome to watch giant robots fighting.

I'm playing the first one now, got it for 15 dollars, I'm having a blast playing it. Really makes you sit on the edge of you seat sometimes. Sure the story is lacking, but just from a pure open world zombie game its awesome.

Will be picking this up for sure. Despite the first games flaws, It was an enjoyably frustrating experience playing with friends. Most of the issues were fixed up pretty quickly and they can only learn from the first one?

Yeah exactly! They're a new developer! Of course they're not going to be perfect. They don't have the same resources that EA have. The concept was brilliant and more than adequately implemented. I'll give them a second chance.

First game was awesome but let down by a buggy release. Most people just run with the fact it was released in a bad condition & just label it as a rubbish game full stop ignoring the fact it was completely fixed shortly after release.
