It's a game obviously designed for avid PlayStation fans. So if you consider yourself a member of that group, are you enthusiastic about Battle Royale?
While Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale didn't get the best review, there are still some aspects of the game that deserve some credit.
Though PlayStation All Stars Battle Royale is a bit of a cult classic, it could have been a big hit if it launched in 2022 instead of 2012.
It wouldn't have mattered, Sony would've rushed it out and left it to die. More so now than before with their focus now being on SP narrative driven AAA games.
Oh, but somehow Smash Bros. 64 made it work?

I think it released at the right time. It's just after the success of Smash and Multiversus, it's finally time for a sequel.
I'd be all in on a remake or remaster of the original. I enjoyed it because I didn't sit there and compare every aspect to SSB. I just enjoyed it as it was.
Sony should make part 2 and dump a good amount of money on it. Scrap super only kills and it's bound to succeed.

That’s interesting. It actually does make it canon lol. He mentioned it in a mainline game. I’d say that’s pretty cool.
Love the playstation brand but there is know way i'm paying cash for a smash brother clone. It's cool that people are hyped for it but it's not for me.
You don't have to like it but people really have to stop with the stupid reasons why they don't like it. I have no problem with you not liking a game but come up with better reasons then it's a 'clone',it doesn't have the right Dante or that it has Big Daddy in it or it doesn't have enough women or that Snake was in SSB and not this game or that that SSB had a better line up then PASBR. If you don't want to play PASBR or don't see that it's worth it, fine. But stop with the stupid excuses and reasons. You just end up sounding like some desperate fanboy nitpicking everything or someone trying to troll as hard as you can
if its fun and has characters you can be excited about then yes they should be.
