If it was rumored that there was still 12 characters left by crossing off Kat and possibly Ico that takes us down to 10. Add to the fact that you still have characters like Crash, Spyro, Gabe Logan, Tombi, Snake, a Resistance character and a FF character for example theres still 3 characters left.

subtenko4246d ago (Edited 4246d ago )

Most people think that there are only 4 more. 10-12 and they would have to extend the character box on the site (which can be easily done, so maybe they didn't want to make it too obvious). Paul Gale said there would be 3 female characters if I'm not mistaken.

If Ico is in then as you said, that's 2 down. Going by the article, we could cross off 3. That means that center gap isn't the only spot to hold characters because we have over 4! (Unless you think they could fit 5 in there, but Crash will likely move closer to the front since he is shorter than the middle row.

This is great and all... But they keep killing any surprises

hopefully there are no more leaks

DigitalRaptor4246d ago (Edited 4246d ago )

Paul Gale also said James Bond might be in the game. That's strange to be honest. I doubt there would be many folks excited for that, but it'd be interesting to see.

As for additional characters, my best guesses are:

Wander, Ico, Snake, Crash, Spyro, Kat, Kazuma ( Yakuza), Cloud, Nathan Hale/Chimera.

Whitefeather4246d ago

I'm hoping it's Wander not Ico personally.

ThePsychoGamer4246d ago

It's a safe bet to say one of those remaining spots is taken by Kiryu Kazuma, given how popular the Yakuza games are in Japan. I wouldn't be surprised if the other two spots are also taken by characters from games that are popular in Japan, but aren't well known in the west.

Lucretia4246d ago

Hopefully cloud or Tifa are in it.....wouldn't mind Lightning from ff13 either.....(Covers head for on coming barrage of hate)

8bitHero4246d ago

LOL Lighting! damn, you got bad taste in characters.

RmanX10004246d ago

While i do like Lightning (punching Snow made her my hero), i think Cloud would be a better "PlayStation All-Star."

Jamzluminati4246d ago

They better have Goku in the game. And pixel man. And the rock.

Shadow Of the Colossus Retro Review – A Colossal Experience in a Beautiful World

Zachary M. Cain said: Shadow of the Colossus is hailed as one of the best action-adventure titles of its time. The game was originally released for the PlayStation 2 all the way back in 2005. It was so good in fact, it got a remastered version in 2018 for the PlayStation 4 and was well received by old and new fans alike. Let’s revisit this iconic classic in 2024 and see how well it holds up to its past reputation.

5 Games To Play While Waiting For Dragon's Dogma II

Daman Shelley from NoobFeed writes - Dragon's Dogma is truly a one-of-a-kind game, and there really is no other game like it, but there are a few that come close. Whether with their fantasy settings, the ability to climb mountains, or just with the overall same charm as Capcom’s iconic RPG. Here's a list of games that will hopefully scratch that Dragon's Dogma itch.

every gamer should play this game

gold_drake99d ago

cant wait for it, feb and march are busy busy months ha.

SovereignSnaKe99d ago

I can still hear the title screen music in my head after nearly 12 years. Loved every minute of it.

MrNinosan99d ago

I have no issues filling my time til DD2.
Granblue Fantasy: Relink, Infinite Wealth and Final Fantasy VII Rebirth will probably me more than enough.
More terrified I won't be done in time.

DivineHand12598d ago

Try not to burn yourself out before the game releases. This is going to be a long and immersive RPG like the first one.

The games in this article are all great and I believe the people who are excited for Dragons Dogma 2 probably already played most of those games.

For now, I recommend you prepare yourself for long play sessions if you will be picking up Dragons Dogma at launch.

Forget Gravity Rush movie, give us another GR game!

porkChop105d ago

I didn't even know a movie was coming. If they can get the visuals and everything right I'll watch it.

Barlos105d ago

I didn't either, until this article. I'm also surprised, since GR was a commercial flop. Seems weird that they'd want to invest money into making it into a film.

I think the games are great though, especially on Vita. I think the move to PS4 killed the experience a little, but I'd still like to see a new one.

1Victor105d ago

I didn’t know it was in development ether but it makes sense after they saw the first doctor strange movie and the far from home fight, if it’s like that’s it’s going to be one of those Oscar nominees

Cacabunga105d ago

GR movie and shutting Japan Studio.. so stupid

porkChop105d ago

@Cacabunga

Oh yeah... Well there goes any hope for a new game. Shuttering Japan Studio was a really bad decision.

Surely you’d think if the movie is coming so is another game

And I couldn’t be happier.

Only played the demo of gr2 but let me say it’s one of the most artistic and inventive new games. Ps5 will power gr3 to new heights
Fingers crossed

Made my day hearing this.

Finally, something innovative

Redemption-64105d ago

GR2 flopped, which would they make a new game? A movie has more appeal and a successful hit at the bix office, could lead to a new game for the franchise

ChasterMies105d ago

Ok, I’ll stop sitting on Gravity Rush 2. It’s been in my library for only 8 years.

Chocoburger105d ago

Play Gravity Rush Remastered first if you haven't already, the stories are linked together. GR 2 is a fantastic game, it has a lot of stuff to see and do. In fact I have purposefully not completed the game 100% because I simply didn't want the game to end. I still have some trophies to collect, and a whole free story DLC chapter to play through.

Gravity Rush 3 would be amazing! But the team that made parts 1 and 2 were shut down, so I don't expect it to happen. This was Jim Ryan's biggest sin of all, shutting down PlayStation Japan Studios. What a shame.

FinalFantasyFanatic105d ago

Why not both? I really like the games and was disappointed we didn't get a third game to finish off the story, but I wouldn't mind a movie either if it's well done. Maybe it'll drum up enough interest to get us that third game.

gold_drake105d ago

damn that is aaalot of ppl

id rather have another Gravity Rush game than a movie tbh

DarXyde105d ago

Same. This series really resonates with my gaming spirit. I love these games so much that I got four platinums out of two games. I was always dreading that we would never get another game after Japan Studio's closure, but I'm feeling hopeful in them not giving up on the franchise with this move. My guess is that they're going to use this as a funding point

MrNinosan105d ago

That is the same amount as daily loading screens... never mind
