What Battlefield 4 Needs to Get Right, On Console Mostly

MP1st - Isn’t getting BF3 bug-free worth it? Of course, but getting a year-old game running 100% bug-free is less important to me than making sure the next game has less bugs than the old one.

I honestly start thinking that there might be some kind of Dino Mode in BF4, if it isn't in End Game already at least..

I like BF3, even on console. They should leavy things nobody is going to use out of the game and just focus on the important stuff, that would make BF4 a great game.

So, they dump this unfinished, derivative twitch shooter with zero mod tools and DLC up the ying yang, con the simpler portion of fans into paying for it twice with 'premium', then announce the sequel.. and people just roll over...

I bought into the battlefield hype as a good alternative to COD and played it less the cod. the graphics on the consoles were not that good, laggy, glitch filled and then they do the same exact crap as activision with the dlc and people still praise them.

Im getting sick of the gen of games/gamers. Not many demand quality its all about quantity. I hope the next go round is better if not it will definitely be my last hurrah.

same as me, BF3 was a dissapointment. BF:BC 2 was a much better game, even the graphics were almost as good as BF3 despite runinng on an older engine

BF3 sucks hard on console compared to it's PC version, and people were fooled by the hype. Graphics suck, the game was buggy since the beta came out.. you STILL CAN'T EVEN GET ON THE SAME TEAM AS YOUR FRIENDS YOU PARTY UP WITH!!!

Ridiculous. I'm glad it got it's butt kicked in both sales and review scores against COD on console.

The announcement of battlefield 4 put me off the series , shame was way more fun than that lame fish shooter.

Agreed, I unlocked every single weapon in BF:BC 2 but in BF3, i haven't even unlocked half the weapons yet.

It is clear that Dice and EA are going down thesame path as COD by rushing to release BF4 next year.

The big difference is that COD is far more popular and COD would have milked the twitchy fps genre so much so that BF 4 will be late to the party and will not have enough people left to entertain

well it needs 64 players for consoles at least playing 24 players on big maps is a joke infact if it dosnt support 64players on consoles i will not buy so basically we need next gen

BF3 is still enjoyable to me. Yeah, it's not a perfect game for consoles, but at least it still has a large following and they are releasing more massive updates.

I think it's a little too soon for BF4 though, as I was more looking forward to Bad Company 3..
