Zen Studios in particular have dedicated much of their past few years to creating the best pinball experience possible on consoles. Having already released two iterations of Pinball FX and one iteration of Zen Pinball on PSN, not to mention more unique tables than you can shake a flipper at, they aim to improve that experience even more with Zen Pinball 2. DHGF: The Plants vs. Zombies table for Zen Pinball 2 is a solid table that’s worth the three dollar asking price, whether you’re a fan of the game or not, as it’s a well constructed and lively table, albeit a bit of an easy one to score on. The table makes great use of the subject matter both visually and aurally, and it plays as well as any table in the Zen Pinball series on both the PS3 and the Vita. The table makes use of some excellently implemented and imaginative gimmicks that fall in line with the game it’s based on that are a lot of fun, and the table offers the same excellent online and offline multiplayer options and customization options as other tables in the series to give it a good deal of life beyond playing the table on its own.
Sounds brilliant. Might have to get this, Plants vs Zombies is one of my favourite games of recent years, and I'm a lover of pinball.
