Tuesday marked the release of four different PS3 Collections from Sony and if you have yet to buy them, you can check out the full image gallery of the front box art, back box art, insides, and reversible cover.
Could you get rich by investing in PS3 games? Almost definitely not. Can you make a few bucks by flipping PS3 games over the years? Yeah, sure! It wouldn’t even be that difficult. But let’s face it: Once these games are in your collection, you’re probably keeping them forever.
After a game's multiple generations old, and can't be had new at a reasonable price, that's when I see nothing wrong with emulation.
What's the point of paying someone scalper prices when the dev/publisher isn't even benefiting from it?
I paid $30 for SH Downpour on PS3 now it's around $70-$85 Canadian Lolipop Chainsaw I paid $15 and it has really gone up in price. I wonder if Transformers War and Fall of Cybertron will go up in price two of the best Transformers games every made.
Ever since Sony announced that they would shut down PS3 store these prices have skyrocketed and even though Sony backtracked now most gamers realize that it's a matter of time before the PlayStation 3 store is shut down. If you want these games get them while you can even if digital because once that story shut down the physical prices will just go crazy high we saw that already
And many of these games did not sell like crazy amounts so they are limited number of copies available for sale at any given time
Adam BenMoussa: With the spiritual reboot of God of War upon us, we decide its time to take a look at some of Kratos's most impressive feats from his old world. Put on your red war paint, chain up your arms and let out your Spartan battlecry, here are our the most memorable bosses from the God of War trilogy.
Poseidon was not only an incredible fight, it was such an intense opening to a game.
GoW 3 had the most memorable bosses to me.. Maybe not the toughest or anything but definitely memorable..
Decent list. My most memorable encounter was Chronos. I hate they're deviating from the scale the series was synonymous with.
Hercules GoW 3 epic boss battle, the list is to long. Can't wait to see what God of war 4 has to offer.
"The original God of War released whenever I was thirteen years old, which you would think is the perfect age to play a gory, mature, and quite frankly, badass video game. However, I just wasn’t very intrigued by it. I played a couple hours and it just didn’t resonate with me. Maybe it was because I was still deep in the trenches of Resident Evil 4, or maybe I was subconsciously being a Nintendo fanboy — looking for reasons to not like something on a rival platform (Yeah, kids are dumb). However, with how incredible the new (semi-reboot) God of War for PlayStation 4 is looking, I finally felt the urge to give the original God of War a second chance. Guys, I was wrong, God of War is f***ing awesome." -- PlayStation Enthusiast
I played through the entire God of War Saga when I preordered God of War: Ascension in 2013 and got the package deal as a bonus
My favorite thing about the series is how Kratos died in every numbered title and came back to life
I can’t think of many other main characters in gaming who die so many times it becomes inconsequential
Hopefully he plays all 6 on the PS3 unless they have all 6 on PS Now. Imo they are all awesome.
Reading the author is playing on the Vita Id recommend Ghosts of Sparta. I think it works well on the handheld and really enjoyed it.
I've really enjoyed every game in the series, but I think I'd rank them:
1. GoW II
2. GoW III
3. Ascension
4. GoW
5. Ghost of Sparta
6. Chains of Olympus.
I actually liked the combat in Ascension the most, but it just wasn't as Epic as the others.
PS3 Collections come to me
Personally for me Ratchet & Clank is one of my favorite video game franchises. I love the originality, creative and destructive weapons and gadgets, and the games are just a blast and pure fun to play.
the infamous reverse is so sweet
why do these covers look a million times better than "platinum" or other cheap re-releases?
do they deliberately make budget versions look like crap so people avoid it?
these collections look ok and i might actually consider purchasng them
Yeah I got the Ratchet Collection and I will soon pick up the Jak Collection.
Nice collections for sure! Might snatch up the Infamous set.
