Very sad moment in gaming history, I hope Nintendo reborns a new Nintendo magazine. Physical copies of gaming items will always have a place for gamers.

well nintendo doesnt have much to put in a magazine since the release of the wii that real gamers want to read and if they did its on the net first

Nintendo has made their landmark in gaming history in many different aspects.

Nintendo Power holds a strong nostalgic memory to Dark Sniper's magazine collection. Especially during the years 1985-1994 B.P., when Super NES and NES released titles that all audiences could enjoy. 1995 was the beginning of Nintendo Power's demise.

To witness the news of Nintendo Power's untimely ending reassures Dark Sniper that all good things must come to an end for the greater good of gaming.

This could'nt have come at a worse time. With Nintendo's next console still yet to reach a release date this year, one thing you can be assured of you will not be able to get your Wii-U fix in the latest issue of Nintendo Power.

I remember getting my parents to buy an issue Nintendo Power when I was a kid just so I could figure out what the hell I had to do to finish Simon's Quest. Then I went to school and bragged to all my friends with a polaroid of the ending. I was king for a day LOL. Thank-you Nintendo Power.

I remember getting a free game back in 1988 for subscribing to a year of Nintendo Power, I think it was 'Dragon Quest'...

Sad to hear this gaming icon is coming to an end..

Hard for magazines to compare with these here Interwebs. And it is hard for Ninty to give exclusives to them when (some) people see it as biased.

I hope that the employees get absorbed into Nintendo somewhere, perhaps they can produce material for WiiU's Online Content?
