There's all sorts of reasons games get scrapped, beyond just being 'not very good'. Developers can run out of money, take too long, or screw up their work so badly it's easier to walk away than fix it.
And sometimes you just get screwed over by the Soviets, as happened in the late '80s, when Atari manufactured 500,000 copies of Tetris, believing it owned the rights, but it turned out they'd been snatched from under its nose by arch rival Nintendo. The rest is history.
We should be careful what we wish for, of course – just ask anyone that bought Duke Nukem Forever, an embarrassing travesty exhumed from gaming's graveyard last year.
But if we had the money, power and influence, here's ten titles we'd love to have played.

I've completed 5 of the games on the list, but the author forgot to include Advent Rising. It was supposed to be a trilogy, but it bombed hard, and the two sequels never got made. It was Mass Effect, a console generation before Mass Effect.
The game is buggy and unpolished, it needed a few more months of development, but the potential was there. At the end of the game, you have all these super abilities, I remember the stomp attack that created a shockwave being especially powerful.
I personally think days gone will recieve some sort of sequel at some point. I'm personally also hoping it's not the rumored multiplayer online stuff. I'd think most that enjoyed it would rather thisnto.
Sony needs to dust off Sly Cooper and Days Gone so needs a sequel two of my favorite Sony titles. Bulletstorm I love great game wish it also got a sequel. And I wish Namco would finally give Enslaved a sequel another great game.

Is Star Wars Battlefront 3 coming? Well, the correct answer is yes, no and maybe. It’s been six years since the second instalment, and fans are still waiting for confirmation of another sequel.
Game companies are not mature enough to handle this concept without turning it into a casino.
The remakes of battlefront should have been more simular to the originals. CoD/battlefield reskinned as Star Wars was not the anwser.

Shenmue 3 . . .
We did get Deadly Premonition though. Sort of scratched that action-adventure itch.
The idea of a Shenmue 3 technically isn't dead, most people know it's just damn unlikely.
Shenmue 3 will forever stay at the top of the list until it's released.
Also Shenmue Online, that could of been cool ;)
My two games were True Fantasy Live Online and BC for the original Xbox. Those games sounded amazing.
