The Over 100 New Game Releases: August To December 2012

Since we are now entering into the very busy season of video game releases, we though it would make life a whole lot easier by packing every single confirmed release date into this handy list.

Yeah, I'm bad about spending too much too. I have a method to get all the games I want and stay within my budget.

1. Prioritize - Only pre-order MUST HAVE games.
2. Save up for Black Friday
3. Stalk Amazon for good prices

After watching game pricing trends for years, I can tell if a game is going to stay at a high price for a long time, or drop quickly. I tend to wait for most games to hit the $20 - $30 sale price before I jump, unless it's something I know I'm going to love and clock in many hours. I don't mind paying retail if it's a game that I will play for 100 hours, but if it's a game I'm just gonna burn through the campaign with and never play again, it can wait. I've bought some 400 - 500 games this gen, and have a huge backlog, so waiting for a price drop doesn't bother me... unless I know the online will be dead by that time.

good methods. i just buy every game i want release day. a lot of times im not too much interested in some of the bigger games and forget about them until they happen to be cheaper.

i just bought a vita not too long ago. im spending more money on it than i did my ps3 'round It's launch window.

for me this up-coming holiday will be mostly Vita games. right now im currently catching up/buying and playing psp/ps2 games that i missed.

if they are not really good looking new ip's, they have to be prequels/ sequels of really good current franchises. i only spend my money on games worth my while. ive been done with trying to experience every single game out there

Well IDK I know there are a lot of games I want around this fall though, I will probably just check the store each week from August and buy them when I see them tbh, going to be one expensive winter though by the sounds of it.

On comes out early enough where I can finish it and have time to play the other. I am a big gamer and have been for many years and I try to play all major games that come out or at least try them.

I have to admit, those are what I'm most excited for at this point. All-Stars Battle Royale, just because it seems so absurd that I have to play it, and Assassin's Creed 3, simply because it's set in Colonial America and I specialized in American history for my degree (history nerd alert!).

Halo 4, FC 3, AC3, Sony All Stars, RE6 and Black Ops 2! And somewhere in the middle of that the Wii U will make its debut...this fall and winter is going to be ridiculous.
