From the PlanetPlaystation.com feature top list:
"Sony dedicated this year’s E3 convention to the core gamers with unveiling Beyond: Two Souls and delivering more of The Last of Us (from Naughty Dog) goodness. While its main competitor Microsoft is busy tending to the needs the casual audience and entertainment obsessed, Sony is “doubling down” and going for broke catering to their devout hardcore game-loving fan base. The list of PlayStation 3 exclusives continues to grow making the current-gen console an even more-reasonable purchase for any intelligent gaming fanatic. Today, we discuss the top five games that caught out attention at E3 2012 and should be on the radar of anyone owning (or possibly giving reason to purchase) a PlayStation 3."
Sony has recently published a new patent that wants to dynamically handle the games' difficulty and gameplay based on the player's emotions.
This is something I might use. Sometimes I play some good games but they don’t have difficulty option and are a little too easy.
cool idea
cool idea for horror games especially
the way it's explained here sounds like it could never be forced hopefully, so that's ok with me

I mean, this person made some pretty bad decisions at Bungie. I hope they've learned from them because I definitely don't see those type of ideas as good for PlaySation in general.
Ps5 gamers in 2023 seemed to play more live service types of games, so regardless to how people feel about them, numbers don’t lie and Sony is going where the money is. I mean look at the excitement around Helldivers2, people are showing that they want live service games.
How do you kill a franchise that already been killed?
Destiny’s grind, cash-in-on-playbass-cha-Ching, and pop-culture-insertion mainstream-me-too bs totally killed any rep Bungie had. Sony/Bungie, if you are doing this to ward-off players, it’s already working.
Sony has patented to add multiple dialogue modes to let players switch between how many conversations with NPCs they want in the game.
Sony is like the only ones outta the 3 that has atuff like like this pop up changing thing in ways.
Sony had a game heavy show, quality stuff (not counting third party games)...
The top 2 are reasons to buy a PS3, if you don't have one already!
Not bashing any game, but I'm just curious...
Why is it that when a game comes out on the PS3 and Vita, it's a PS3 exclusive, but when a game comes out in the X360 and Windows it's not a X360 exclusive ?
Great list but personally we need some God of War as a honorable mention as well.
God of War should be in that list... -_-
