The 10 Conspicuously Absent PlayStation Games of E3

IGN:

E3 2012 is behind us, but many PlayStation gamers have since been left with more questions than answers. Sure, we got to see the quirky brawler PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale, the thrilling post-apocalyptic exploits of Joel and Ellie in The Last of Us and David Cage’s next masterpiece-in-the-making with Beyond: Two Souls. We even got a taste of Assassin’s Creed on PlayStation Vita and, unfortunately, a demo for Wonderbook that lasted approximately 20 times longer than it should have.

I wanted to see more dragons crown but alas...

miyamoto4331d ago

yeah where was that damn game?

b163o14331d ago

All I've been looking for, for the last 3yrs now is Agent. Not even a trailer, I'd settle for screen shots. R* give us something....

MrMister4331d ago

Can't u tell it's obviously never coming out or in development hell; or being pushed to a next gen console. At this rate, it's not likely to come out any time soon.

DOMination-4331d ago

The problem with Agent is that the developer understandably is more likely to be focusing on the GTA franchise.

Unless of course, Agent IS GTAV. Unlikely of course but until Rockstar announce the platforms it still remains a small possibility.

isarai4331d ago

You do know R* has like 7 studios, and only one is working on GTA V

DOMination-4331d ago

Yeah, I'm aware of the structure but it was revealed that Rockstar North were the ones who were developing Agent and of course, they are the ones also developing GTAV. Of course, they may change but from the info we have, that's how it is AFAIK.

isarai4331d ago

Of course The Laast Guardian wasn't there, Team ICO already said they weren't going to make it, several times

FF TYPE 0, FF X HD, FF VS 13?, square enix bombed.

More interested in money than giving fans what they want. Such a shame

CrimsonWing6918h ago

With the amount of money they generated, I just don’t understand the scrubbing of this. It would’ve been fantastic for fans.

Profchaos17h ago

I really want to know who drove the decision to focus on multiplayer was it Rockstar or take two.

Because when online started taking off many of the studio leads began having falling outs and leading including a founder

Demetrius6h ago

Ikr mfs that greedy it's ridiculous

andy8516h ago

This makes me sad. Trevor was one of my favourite characters in gaming

Demetrius6h ago

One of the reason I believe once gta 6 release, most of us thoroughly play it, enjoy the world they crafted then after that no offline support, no dlc at all

Glad that I absolutely can't stand subscription services.

Petebloodyonion7d ago (Edited 7d ago )

I don't recall Sony forcing you to subscribe like nobody forced you to go to Blockbuster to rent games instead of buying them.

SonyStyled7d ago

Pay-per-view was almost cheaper than the cost of gas and rental fee from Blockbuster. Blockbuster doesn’t exist today. Are you being sarcastic?
