that's a problem I think. It's not receiving any exposure over here if they simply show it at TGS. This applies to almost any Japanese company. They're not making enough decent games.

You pretty much said it, E3 is nothing but a shooter/action and casual game conference. Every year japanese developers have less envolvement in E3.

As long as they make money that's fine with me so they can carry on funding their all their games. I just think those games were not ready to show and thats the main problem. They take too damn long to develop

I know Japanese games are a dying breed in E3 but FFX HD, FFXIV, FFXIII Vs and Type-0 are games that SE or Sony will would have shown if they could at their conference or booth.

Type-0 would have been the perfect game to announce for the Vita but who even knows what's happening with that game or all of their games.

TGS is where I expect to see The Last Guardian and FF Versus XIII. If they don't show up there in some form, I won't lose hope on the games, but I would be shocked.

The Last Guardian has to be in some sort of playable form. Even a smaller segment of the game must be ready to demo. Unless they haven't got the AI, animations etc, working for Torico. That would be bad news.

Final Fantasy Versus XIII is the same. They must have made enough progress to show something, but I can understand preparing stuff for shows takes time out of the development.

Each one needs to be shown at TGS or failing that, the end of the year.

Just like with my thoughts about the Last Guardian, if FF vs.13 does not make an appearance at TGS than i will be worried about what is actually going on within Squarenix.

Final Fantasy Type-0 needs to be localized, from my experience of actually playing (& finishing) the import version i can swear this game is worth every minute. In my opinion perhaps the greatest ending in Final Fantasy history!

Again if Squarenix does not make an impact at TGS than whoever is running the show (Wada) needs to commit Seppuku.
