Siliconera have recently announced that this Monday they will be unveiling a brand new title that Square Enix has in the works, it's gotta be TWEWY 2.

Trust me I'm sure he is still diligently working on Versus. I think he likes to take to time off to work on other things so that when he is working on Versus he is focused. I like to think of it in the sense that he is ensuring good quality.

The article is about an unannounced square enix game,and therefore it could actually be on any system: hence, the xbox/wiiu/ps3 tags.

That's completely subjective. I actually happen to own over ten games on my 3DS (both physical and downloaded). The library is fine now. If your comment had been made about a year ago, I'd totally understand it though.

The music in that game is the worst thing I've ever heard and the characters were a bunch of trendsters, but the gameplay's super fun and it has a pretty strong story. I'd definitely play a sequel.

Bunch of lame poppy punk rock hip hop j-rock? Nah I thought it sucked. Every song just felt like a really bad example of it's particular genre, made by somebody musically inept.

Shin Megami Tensei does that kind of thing better. In fact, now that I think about it, TWEWY really is SE's attempt at a SMT game in a way. It is good though so whatever.

Do yoknow if this soundtrack was from Shimomura? Cause if it was then this guy is crazy. Shimomura is always good. Even if it isn't SE games always have good soundtracks.

Pretty sure the soundtrack is from Takeharu Ishimoto, which is the same guy that did Crisis Core and a bunch of other Square games. The guy is really good at making "remix" like songs, and TWEWY soundtrack had many different artists doing their renditions. I really enjoyed the soundtrack, but I hope this game isn't getting a sequel yet.

To each their own, but you're pretty much the only person I've met so far who said they outright hated the soundtrack and characters/storyline.

I thought the music was pretty good and I loved the characters. I look forward to hearing them speak in KH3D.

This game will singlehandedly sell me whatever console it's on. I do hope it's on a dual screen system though, because the combat system is one of the main reasons the first one is so great.

Definitely possible, and the exclusivity suggests being handheld. But it could be they have some new IP for Vita or Wii U.
