Beh. Tim Sweeney is such a pain. He's always trying to force Apple to play by his rules. He should make his own phone, and launch his own app store there and see if he can make it viable. Options are nice, unless they're parasitic, i.e. Epic Games / CCP.
They don't need to reinvent the wheel, they just need to use common sense. Nintendo already has killer cheap hardware so they are fine, but Sony needs to be the Boss that they are and jump into some of that Apple pie. They already have a head start when it comes to hardcore games. They need to release hardware out as often as Apple does. It's like they aren't even trying?!
