Solid_Snake374397d ago

Well, its not like im a secret Al-Qaida spy plotting to blow up stuff. I've got nothing to hide.

slayorofgods4397d ago

........because we all know how Al-Qaida depends on gaming consoles to carry out their terrorist activities.

GanjaMan4397d ago (Edited 4397d ago )

Yh but they wont tell u that they have these spy tools on consoles, it looks like everywhere we now go or things we use is another way for the hierarchy to watch us.

new world order is coming (infact its started and there are signs already), the future looks bleak!

GamingPerson4398d ago

Console gaming is getting better and better.. commie boxes..

Stove4397d ago

This is not communism lol this is totalitarianism. And totalitarianism is much MUCH worse! Orwell's 1984 becomes more relevant everyday it seems :(

Wenis4398d ago

Guess Ill just play offline then..

BlackRock4398d ago (Edited 4398d ago )

this will never pass any "LAW" besides where has any terrorist used a ps3 360 or Wii to use it as a terrorist mobile Machine? can it launch missiles or war heads "NO" i highly doubt it can it be used to spy on others Uh "NO" the space satellites would be a more useful way to spy on terrorist because you can't shoot at it nor can you launch a missile high enough to shoot it down witch means a better way to "SPY" then a console because if this is true then its an invation of privacy of others by all accounts this should be "OUTLAWED" to spy on everyday people who are not a terrorist.

KeiserSosay47884398d ago

You do know that laws can be passed without public knowledge right? Just because it's wrong doesn't mean the US government won't do it.

BlackRock4398d ago

that's why they are people fighting for freedom one such i can think of is http://demandprogress.org/

killyourfm4398d ago

...and what's your argument for the Patriot Act?

BlackRock4398d ago

http://demandprogress.org/ fights all the bills witch the Government try's to pass remember SOPA & PIPA well it wasn't the Government that killed it, it was the people of America and others from UK France US Canada even the Germans were in on the fight against them..

THC CELL4398d ago

Freedom of speech in UK is getting beyond just look at some of the arrest due to facebook n twitter even tho the comment was out of order

tigertron4398d ago

Not to mention the fact that our UK government is selling surveillance technology to oppressive regimes.

It wouldn't surprise me if Cameron allowed consoles to be hacked.

I never got around to mass effect - I’m skeptical that it would hold up if I were to try it now

Furesis2h ago

I would say it does. The combat is a bit shit for todays standards but everything else is great.

It's worth a play through today.

El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron - Coming Back for a New Generation

Originally launched in 2011, El Shaddai: Ascension of the Metatron is coming to Nintendo Switch, so It's time to look back at the original.

jznrpg21h ago

Still have my ps3 copies. Bought it at launch and another one when I found it cheap and in perfect condition about 10 years ago. I wouldn’t buy it on Switch but if they made a PS5 version I would. I still have one of my PS3 Fats hooked up so good to go either way.

darthv7221h ago

Id play it again on the switch. I wished my 360 version was bc but this is still a good way to play.

Fallout 3's Reveal Led To Death Threats And Bethesda's First Security Guard

The artist behind Fallout 4’s Deathclaw reveals just how bad things got back when Bethesda took over the series

anast22h ago

People are stupid I get it. No one should feel unsafe,

But I think they need to talk about why they cut so many corners during the development process and why none of their games ever look current. And why they think all of this is okay while they charge full price.

LucasRuinedChildhood22h ago

As much as Bethesda deserve criticism, that's not really relevant to the reveal of Fallout 3 in 2007.

VenomUK19h ago

The default angle Kotaku always go for is to highlight the worst in gaming.

I would’ve focused on the creative.

anast1h ago

The game went downhill at Fallout 3's release. This is when they started to cut corners.

gold_drake18h ago

there is no "but". the hell lol
you dont send death threats, period.

anast1h ago

Usually, you have good comments but this isn't one of them. It just rides the mob. We can do both condemn the actions and not let them use it for other things.

I can say I received a death threat and everyone needs to shut up. People are not honest and will use horrible things to their advantage.

Armaggedon13h ago

Not all games “look” current.

anast59m ago

Their games always look like the gen before it.
