@ browngamer

Word up. Glad to see the Ps3 and 3DS selling well and in the top two spots WW. The Vita is holding up as well despite it's $250 price tag compared with the competition.

360GamerFG4397d ago

You're deluding yourself. VITA is doing horribly. It keeps going down each week by great margins.

wumster4397d ago

3DS was selling a lot better during the same life span with the same price and N4G was drilling the 3DS.Some of you guys need to pull Sony's shaft out.

It doesn't mean it's not a great system because it is. it's just not selling well.

3DS, PS3, 360 are doing well. I'm shocked the the DS just dropped out completely. I expected it to fall, but not that much. PSP still doing ok, Wii is falling off as well. But I'm disappointed in the PSV. You guys really need to spread the word, and it needs to have more games launching soon (which it will). The PSV should be up there with the 360, PS3, and 3DS, so if you have one and enjoy it spread the word, or even let a friend borrow it. It's the greatest handheld ever hardware-wise and only needs the software to back it up.

When in doubt, discredit the source!

Its been proven that their numbers arent correct when the big three release their quarterly reports. This is a fact
Where do you think vgcharts get their numbers from.Their estimates are unreliable. The only way to determine console sales is from the quarterly reports from Sony , Microsoft and Nintendo

MaxXAttaxX4397d ago

Dude, VG Chartz has always been nothing but estimates and many times off by at least 1m units(hardware) and 300k units(software), at least.

Sad to see Ninja Gaiden 3 bomb out. Great game.

Starbucks_Fan4397d ago

Yeah it is great... at bombing

xbox360 is a beast when it comes to software sales. 4 out of the top 10 is not bad this far into the console's life.

It's A Crime That There's No Sleeping Dogs 2 Yet

Huzaifah from eXputer: "Sleeping Dogs from the early 2010s is one of the best open-world games out there but in dire need of a resurgence."

LG_Fox_Brazil22h ago

I agree, I consider the first one a cult classic already

isarai16h ago

You say "yet" as if it's even possible anymore. United Front Games is gone, along with anyone that made this game what it is

CrimsonWing693h ago

That’s what happens when games sell poorly. And I’ve seen people wonder why people cry when a game sells badly… this is your answer.

solideagle2h ago

Majority of the time it's true but if a company/publisher is big (in terms of money), they can take a hit or 2. e.g. I am not worried about Rebirth sales as Square will make Remake 3 anyway but if FF 17 doesn't sell then Square might need to look for alternative. <-- my humble opinion

Abnor_Mal1h ago

Doesn’t Microsoft own the IP now since they acquired Activision?

DaReapa22m ago

No. Square Enix owns the IP.

Sleeping Dogs was a sleeper hit back then. It was fantastic. It actually still is. Would love a sequel to this, or at least a revive of True Crime series.

Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle-earth II - PC Wore it Better

Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle-earth II was an intriguing and unique RTS title, that sadly suffered in its console port.

dadavis199214h ago

Was just thinking about this game and wishing I had a way to revisit it. The way EA scrubs these titles from existence once their licensing runs out is horrid.

Michiel19892h ago

there is a client made by modders and it also works online.

kevco332h ago

Indeed. The game can still be played online on PC.

Xbox 360 players, though? Bang outta luck.
