More proof that Donkey Kong Country 3D is coming

Retailers have started to leak information concerning a 3DS Donkey Kong title, including boxart.

The boxart is from Donkey Kong Jungle Climber. It's a game that was on the DS. They just put 3DS on there.

You guys have to remember it would be easy for them to port the DKCR engine onto the 3ds then just make the game.

If this is true, I will be buying it. I loved the Donkey Kong Country games on my SNES. It's actually still hooked up to my tv with DKC in it right now. But this will be amazing to have a DKC on my 3DS. Can't wait to find out if the rumor is true.

While I don't really believe the May release, I think it's definitely coming. I'm a HUGE DKC fan and when Returns was announced I... panicked... in joy... I was really happy. I played it and love it and think it's an amazing game, but I hope this one gets even closer to the SNES games. I want K. Rool back! That's a must... with all of the Kremlins as well. In any case I hope a new Nintendo Direct conference is set to happen soon so we can get a confirmation...

I'd rather see a new donkey Kong country as well. I hope they don't stop at this because I'm sick of Nintendo just re-releasing all their franchises every new gen.
Something like rayman origins but donkey Kong country would be nice.

Its a habit from old Nintendo systems like "super" with snes and "64" with Nintendo 64.
