It's sad to see Mass Effect 3 on this list.

i agree. completely unnecessary multiplayer. they could have spent that time and resources on making the single player even bigger and better. and if it's already as good as it can get, then work on more DLC. or start working on a new game, whatever. i wish devs would get it through their heads that not every game needs multiplayer.

inb4 if you don't like it then don't play it, which is beside the point.

Definitely agree with you guys. Personally, I don't have much interest in 3 anyways. After 2, which I thought was a disappointment compared to 2, this series went way down on my list of great games. The first game blew me away, but 2 felt so much like a shooter, and just completely departed from what made 1 great. 3 looks to even move further away from the first game, and now it looks like Gears of War.

If you don't like it don't play it.

Just kidding, the only multi player I'd be partial to is drop in co-op e.g Your buddy can join your story and play as one of your squad members. This multi player has been crowbarred into the wrong franchise.

Two words for the reason, online pass. However, after seeing what they are getting away with Kingdom of Amalur, the sky is the limit now.......

no Tribes: Ascend? big fail

also saying he wants to see wow go down is outing himself as a wow hater. hope for a good game, but don't wish for the downfall of something so many people enjoy. let them enjoy it and go about your business. fail at professionalism.

"hope for a good game, but don't wish for the downfall of something so many people enjoy"

That...that is perfectly said. I couldn't agree more with that, I don't wish for any series to just burn in hell, and completely disappear, not if it makes many people happy, even Call of Duty. Instead, I rather wish to see any games I don't like, improve upon themselves, so that maybe I will like them in the future.

Fylus4455d ago

@both of you; that just may be too much wisdom for the rest of the people in this site to understand.

I'm guilty of wanting some games I hate to just crash and burn, (Duke Nukem Forever was a great example) but you guys are totally right. I shouldn't have ever wanted to see these games fail, I should have hoped they would bring something new to the table, or at least learn from possible past failures.

Halo 4 for me, I would love to start gaming on PC but time and money constraints really prevent that from happening. I'm sure other games will be announced during the year that will be releases this fall so there may be more than we expect.

My most anticipated online games are:

1. Ghost Recon: Future Soldier
2. Counter Strike: Global Offensive
3. StarHawk (the beta is loads of fun)
4. FarCry 3
5. The Last of Us
6. Mass Effect 3

Cyberpunk and No Man's Sky have to be up there. We're lucky and cursed, equally, to have games that can be updated now. For folks old enough to remember the Sega/SNES into PS1 and even 2 eras, if a game came out that was half baked (*cough*Angel of Darkness*cough*) that was it, no redemption. At the same time, having the option for updates shouldn't be an excuse for half assing games.

I remember when the Nintendo Seal of Approval meant something.

All those games had to release without bugs.

Comebacks shouldnt be a thing in videogames. Just saying.
