Last week's reports of Mass Effect 3 DLC being included with pricey figurines were "inaccurate", BioWare has told GamerZines.
Based on one narratively fitting ending in Mass Effect 3, Prothean squadmate Javik is highly unlikely to return in the next Mass Effect game.

This is fantastic news, good to hear that talk of DLC figurines was just a misunderstanding. It was pretty damn silly. It say's a lot about EA, though, that it was so easy for so many people to really think that this was a type of move they'd do as a company.
Don't understand how they were when some places sourced EA themselves about it. I believe the figures were delayed for the DLC or something? And it wasn't anything special, just little bonus goodies.
