The only person who would say such a thing is one who doesn't have access to certain exclusives.
Gears 3, Skyward Sword or Uncharted 3 (etc) not hitting the top of the charts does not make them bad games in any way.
I'm not even sure why you would make such a stupid comment unless you are a 360-only owner and (you pretend) exclusive games aren't important.

Protip: Exclusives make a console, being content with only multiplats at this point in time only shows your ignorance, or refusal to live in reality.
