Games are meant to be played. So let's start enjoying them for what they are.
Game Rant chats with the creator of No More Heroes about who he would like to see play the role of Travis Touchdown in a live-action adaptation.
Actually Ryan Gosling makes a ton of sense.
Edit: If this can be done in a Scott Pilgrim movie kind of way that would be dope.
Cultured Vultures: Put on your freshest dungarees and chow down on the ripest mushroom as we reel off the best Mario games ever made to celebrate Mar10 Day.
My top 3 are Mario 3, Mario World and Mario 64. Mario Odyssey is also excellent, and I enjoyed Sunshine but didn't care for the Galaxy series.
XSEED is one of a few publishers running a new Switch eShop sale for Black Friday 2023, and it includes the lowest prices ever for No More Heroes 1 and 2. The same goes for Senran Kagura Peach Ball, Trinity Trigger, and more.
I think the trick here is growing up. If you're really concerned about what people might think if you play Mario or whatever, then just wait until you realize that it doesn't and shouldn't matter.
“Critics who treat 'adult' as a term of approval, instead of as a merely descriptive term, cannot be adult themselves. To be concerned about being grown up, to admire the grown up because it is grown up, to blush at the suspicion of being childish; these things are the marks of childhood and adolescence. And in childhood and adolescence they are, in moderation, healthy symptoms. Young things ought to want to grow. But to carry on into middle life or even into early manhood this concern about being adult is a mark of really arrested development. When I was ten, I read fairy tales in secret and would have been ashamed if I had been found doing so. Now that I am fifty I read them openly. When I became a man I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up.”

This title is awesome...
I'm primarily and Nintendo gamer and I'm really excited for WiiU.
Before being a Nintendo gamer I'm just a gamer.
Fun is the priority... One of the most fun I've had recently... Uncharted 3. Gamers need do grow up an respect all gaming systems.
Kids jump on the more "mature" game because they have a poorly developed idea of masculinity
Men play whatever the hell they want because they don't need anyone's validation
If you play something because you think it's more mature, it's not because you are mature, but because you need something to tell you that you are. A man can play any game he wants because he knows what he is and a game won't change that.
Agreed.
This is why I'm grateful for the Wii renewing my interest in video games.
