Paul Christoforo was a relative nobody until a recent squabble via email with a disgruntled customer made its way to Penny Arcade and got Mike “Gabe” Krahulik involved with a mention of PAX East. A short time later, the electronic exchange found itself on the front page of the Penny Arcade website and what followed was a chastising of epic proportions through emails and phone calls, personal facts and uncoverings making their way to Reddit, the creation of his own Wikipedia page, and even partially achieving a memetic status.
What does Paul have to say about this whole ordeal?
The show will air exclusively on Penny Arcade's YouTube channel and release content weekly on Thursdays, alternating between the full 15-minute episodes..
It has honestly been years since I even thought about the Xbox but I decided to see what they had done since I left and what the new hardware had to offer.
Man, reading that article, especially the last paragraph, bought tears to my eyes. So emotional. The powerful specs of the Beast has bought the author, a self admitted Xbox hater, to come home to Xbox! I suspect many like him will do the same this Holiday.
Just pick up Metal Gear Rising,Rise of the Tomb Raider,Gears 4 and Assassin's Creed Orgin.
Plus I got some old X1 games on the hdd,
Ok MS,Trill Me!
Aren't PA the people who refuse to put the third part of their RPG onto PS3?
I thought PA was always Xbox first type of people.
#1 & #2 were 2 of my favorite RPGs last gen but #3 fell short due to changing the style of the gameplay. Rain Slick was a great series though.
Secret a coin in your travelling shoe and step into the Eyrewood for Penny Arcade's, first-of-three board game RPG adventures, Thornwatch.
OHOHOHOH
I have no idea who this guy is, but what a mess...
I stopped reading this half way through. The customer's question about why early pre-order customers had to pay more is a completely legitimate question. When I pre-order a game from any store, online or brick and mortar, they always give you the lowest advertised price, regardless of whether or not it was more expensive when you pre-ordered.
The whole idea that this guy would cancel the new orders of anyone who cancels a previous order is bullshit, plain and simple. Because this guy Dave is an early customer, he's forced to pay a higher price? I could understand if he had to move to the back of the line if he cancelled and re-ordered, and wait until all pre-existing orders were fulfilled, but forcing your customer to buy something at the higher price or not get it at all is a joke and an absolutely piss poor way of doing business.
I actually feel somewhat sorry for him because of the whole chastising and harassment thing, but in this day and age you really should have the forethought to realise your butt can be dragged out onto the proverbial internet streets if you act like an asshole.
What a train wreck
