No BF3 or MW3..? Bad Grant! :(

granthinds4537d ago

Hey, these are statistics, not personal opinion! Metacritic is a force unto itself!

vrylstminute4537d ago (Edited 4537d ago )

MW3 has 89%, BF3 has 84% (much higher than it should)...

fluffydelusions4537d ago

I don't get why people don't like BF3. I find it enjoyable. SP wasn't the greatest but who cares...it's all about MP.

BuffMordecai4537d ago

They don't like it because they suck at it, like this guy.

Lol, that video is hilarious. Typical CoD player xD
*shoots with hip fire and gets killed* "OMG I SHOT THAT GUY!"
Easiest way to spot one of those CoD players is if they spray their gun like there's no tomorrow, or shoot from the hip constantly.
No skills, lol.

TreMillz4536d ago

lol thats elpresedor, he doesnt suck he just trolls youtube, along with shokio, mld and the rest

Halochampian4537d ago

Much higher than it should. Are you referring to MW3? I hope so, because that's what I agreed with.

WobblyOnion4537d ago

My current favourite games; Skyrim and Rayman Origins make the grade. That's awesome.

granthinds4537d ago

Excellent games! I still wanna play Rayman Origins. Skyrim's just too intense for me...

vrylstminute4537d ago

Limbo has 90% on 360, with 89 critics... :D

granthinds4537d ago

This list doesn't include Arcade titles, only boxed, Xbox 360 games.

YodaCracker4536d ago

LIMBO is a 2010 release though.

I'm Replaying Skyrim (again), and So Should You

Replaying Skyrim after 13 years is a reminder of the progress made in western RPGs over the last decade, but also what's been lost.

anast12d ago

I tried, but it's a poorly made game that insults its customers.

lucian22912d ago

nah, only mods make it decent, and even then it's bad, and this is after i modded for at least 3 years

Nittdarko12d ago

Funnily enough, I'm about to play it for the first time in VR with 1000 mods to make the game playable, as is the Bethesda way

"I started playing games yesterday" the List... Meh!

How about a few RPGs that deserve some love instead?
1 - Alpha Protocol - Now on GOG
2 - else Heart.Break()
3 - Shadowrun Trilogy
4 - Wasteland 2
5 - UnderRail
6 - Tyranny
7 - Torment: Tides of Numenera

And for a bonus game that flew under the radar:
8 - Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden

Loved Alpha Protocol in all it's glorious jank. Great game.

SimpleSlave12d ago (Edited 12d ago )

Not only glorious jank, but the idea that the story can completely change depending on what you do, or say, or side with, makes it one of the most forward thinking games ever. The amount of story permutation is the equivalent of a Hitman level but in Story Form. And it wasn't just that the story changed, no, it was that you met completely new characters, or missed them, depending on your choices. Made Mass Effect feel static in comparison.

Alpha Protocol was absolutely glorious, indeed. And it was, and still is, more Next Gen than most anything out there these days. In this regard at least.

Pity.
