PAYDAY: The Heist DLC Revealed - Coming with a 'Nixon' mask

According to the developers themselves, this new DLC will feature a new heists, equipment, characters and skills. In addition, it will include the “Nixon” mask as a lot of people have been asking for it and Overkill had it in production for a while. No release date or price has been announced as of yet for this DLC."

And the sluggish, unresponsive controls. I shouldn't have to set my ps3 to 480p to make it playable.

Edit: I don't know why i'm getting disagrees. Try it for yourself and feel the difference, unless somehow you are magically playing a more optimized version.. The game itself it awesome it's just that the controls and variable framerate make it less of a joy to play.

The controls suck balls anyone who disagreed hasnt played it (on ps3 at least). They are sluggish, clunky, and you cant even tell if your aiming right at somebody its so choppy and imprisice. The game is awesome, its fun, but the shooting and lack of splitscreen made me pass it up. No splitscreen was a horrible decision.

game controls fine for what it is. u want increased accuracy put your skill points into sharpshooter for better weapons and increased accuracy. u need to unlock the good perks

You guys should double check your tv or your ps3. I played this with my friends for 5 hours and I didn't have a problem with it.

The input lag in the controls is a legitimate technical issue. This is something the devs need to fix. I'm surprised most of you don't notice it. Just to prove that there is an issue to those that don't notice it, play the game in 480p for awhile then after compare the controller response to the default 720p output. There is quite a noticeable difference.

The reason the game is more responsive in 480p is because it's running at a higher and more consistent framerate. The higher and more consistent the framerate the lower and less noticeable the input lag. I think it would be better off to lock the framerate at 30fps than let it fluctuate between 30-60fps like an epileptic. I find that consistency is more important.

But anyways, we could either take our complaints up the ass and pretend there isn't an issue, or we can acknowledge them and tell the devs to fix these issues so they can provide a better experience for all of us.

whats wrong with matchmaking? i get games fine and host fine, just need refresh to get games popup

Edit* though i do play on PC version @ Oldman yeha i bet that game is brutal on anything Hard+ on ps3 :P

looking foward to the dlc for this, game is great, although hard+ is total ballbreaker that needs cops spam tonned down just a tad, got lvl 55 at the moment loving it, just want more guns and mods
