StickSkills.com writes, "In the last few months, starting with the introduction of an ability to pre-purchase content with the Rockstar pass that was introduced with LA Noire earlier this year, more and more companies are exploring this concept of season passes. There are a few things that are done right with this idea and a few things that might not be the best for consumers in the end if all the details are not laid out in advance."
Hanzala from eXputer: "I do appreciate GTA 6, Rockstar, but if I could trade it for a new L.A. Noire or a Bully game, I'd do so in a heartbeat."
How are they lost? You can get L.A. Noire on Steam, PS5, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch and Bully is on the PS5 and Xbox Series too.
Whenever gta 6 launch we won't be getting another rockstar title for another 10 years lol but on the positive side they bou to come back n show how open world supposed to be done 🔥
For those who don't have time for massive open worlds or role-playing games with epic tales, these 15 games are worth checking out.
There was a lot to love about Rockstar and Team Bondi's 2011 open world title.
One I never finished. I've been looking at the ps4 version off Amazon the last few months just never bit
I picked it up on sale recently, going to play it next summer. I'll get more out of it this time, first time around I treated the open world like it was GTA and goofed about, whereas now I'll play it with more respect. RDR2 has trained me well.
I also hadn't read Raymond Chandler at the time so presumably that'll add another layer of enjoyment too.
Absolutely stunning game. So underrated. Played through it again last year and it still stands up so well. Like many of rockstars games it’s actually a far better experience on PC. I didn’t enjoy it as much on console. Completed it at least 3 times on pc.
The rumours of a sequel are awesome news despite the fact I think Rockstar are now the shell of the company they once were.
For me, it is much easier to come up with 8 dollars here and there than to put down $40 or so at one time to buy a "pass."
if its a game u are going to put a load of hours into online then id say its worth it, i look at it like i dont smoke or drink that much so i can pay for stuff like this at times and not feel guilty lol .
There will be 4 DLC @ 800MSP, season pass cost 2400MSP. If you like the game and know you will pay for all DLC you will save 800MSP.
But notice that the first DLC is already on the disc.
I bought the season pass but we won't know if its worth it until we can actually play it. I was going to say "until its released" but its already on the disc. All we need are the unlock codes.
I like the idea of the season pass if done right. To me the EA Sports Season pass is a joke. But I bought the Gears and Forza season passes. I know 100 % that I'm buying all the Forza content, and since they raised car pack prices from $5 to $7, getting the discount by paying up front is a no brainer. Gears, same thing. I know I'm buying it so I'll pay up front for the discount in the long run. Everyone has different reasons it may be good or bad. For me, 30% discount is a pretty good reason, and if they throw in some kind of additional content as a bonus, then its a win. If there is no financial savings, extra content, or the content changes from what was represented then its a waste.
As far a things being already on the disc, sometimes you are downloading completely new items or maps. Sometimes you are downloading game code that was written to use assets that were already on the disc. Its not like people commonly think that you are just getting an unlock code and everyone is being screwed because "its already on the disc". Writing additional code costs time and money. I don't think anyone here would want to go into work, be asked to perform additional work, and then be scoffed at because you want to be paid for your work.
