The 3DS is selling like crazy over there.

The PS3 is sitting consistently around 40,000 ever week which is awesome!

The PSP is the PSP. Japan loves it even with the Vita so close lol.

The Wii numbers continue to be underwhelming.

Japanese = irrelevant market when it comes to the consoles.
USA = biggest market in the world, UK second biggest. In both markets xbox dominates even if Sony cut price. Lol indeed

US Dollar = irrelevant money
Yen = Worth way more, far more intriguing to international companies like, say, I don't know...Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo.

lol@disagrees. 100 yen today is worth about $1.30. The dollar-to-yen ratio is the lowest it's been since World War II. 4 years ago 100 yen would have been 88 cents. Yeah. There's been a pendulum swing. Right now, the yen is simply worth more.

Hmmm. Kinda surprised that no one has found a way to spin these numbers yet to prove a 3ds "failure". Cause, it should have happened by now. I'll save them the trouble.
