Uncharted 3 Collector’s Edition Unboxed

PlayStation Blog: Well, we’ve managed to steal, er, borrow, a production sample of the UNCHARTED 3: Drake’s Deception Collector’s Edition. We had a little help from our friend Nolan North, otherwise known as Nathan Drake in the UNCHARTED games. Nolan stopped by the Naughty Dog studio with our ill-gotten sample of the Collector’s Edition and we couldn’t resist to shoot an unboxing video to give our fans a good look at what actually comes inside the awesome looking traveling case.

I particularly like the figure and the steelbook, but technically it isn't the first one for PS3. KZ2 had a steelbook edition in England. I remember wanting that!

God Nolan makes everything great and the CE looks great aswell.....except for that statue's face, especialy when you compare it to the Marcus statue in the Gears 3 Epic edition.

He needs to get his part as Drake in the Uncharted movie....he makes the game what it is. Apparently Amy Hennig went off to see Neil Burger after the comic con panel and that is when somebody asked if they would play their roles which they said yes.....hopefully Amy took the hint and suggested it to Neil. <Fingers Crossed>

The Australian version is slightly different. It's got a mini suitcase as opposed to the 'travelling case'. Still, an extra $100+ is a bit excessive.

Halo's Legendary Editions, Killzone's Helghast Edition, Call of Duty's "mega" Editions, Crysis' Nano Edition... they all cost 150 € here in Italy.

As much as I use and love the Infamous 2 bag, useless trinkets have their place.

I have Professor Snape's wand lying around, I got Rogue Bishoujo PVC statue, I got gundam models, I got the one ring (yes it will rule over the ring in UC3, unless it's secretly the one ring), the top from inception, the dark keyblade, statue of cole, and a bunch of other stuff.

Just beccause you think it's trash, it could be another man's treasure. Personally I'm more entice by phsyical goodies in collecor edition than digital goods. You can be damn well sure I'm getting this collector edition.

Very cool, I never have bought a collectors edition for any game, but if there is one that could change that, it is this one. Shame that the EU one is more expensive, thats really the only things stopping it from being a definite purchase from me.

But ah well, I still am so very much looking forward to the game.
