LAG - "Super Mario Galaxy is the third 3D platforming Mario game and the first for the Wii. Super Mario Galaxy was first shown off at E3 2006 and was released in November of 2007. This game takes all of the abilities Mario had from Super Mario 64 as well as some of the gameplay elements and applies them to this game and adds new platforming elements from the gravitational effects from the planets and galaxies. This game also brings back some of the traditional power-ups such as the Fire Flower as well as add some new ones as well. With a new style of platforming added to some of past gameplay mechanics from previous Mario games, Super Mario Galaxy has the potential to be one of the best Mario games in the series."

My top 3 are Mario 3, Mario World and Mario 64. Mario Odyssey is also excellent, and I enjoyed Sunshine but didn't care for the Galaxy series.
