BlazBlue: Continuum Shift II is a very Japanese fighting game. This doesn't faze me anymore due to my long exposure to and infatuation with Japanese pop culture, but I imagine Lolita vampires, squirrel girls, and calling rounds "rebels" would confuse the average gamer. Even if you don't dig its style, the BlazBlue series has built a diverse cast of characters and rocks an engaging, complex fighting system... normally. This 3DS port has some serious issues.

Xbigy Games writes: Three images from the upcoming BlazBlue mangas have been released online. The new strip called BlazBlue: Mark The Devil and Blazblue: Three Beats will look at Noel Vermillion's childhood.
For those of you not aware, Noel Vermillion is part of the Novis Obris Librarium and is given the task of tracking down the AWOL Jin Kisaragi. As a child Noel was adopted from Edgar and Claire Vermillion after being rescued from the burning fields of Ikaruga.
Ouch terrible score.
You got to be looking at this from a whole other different perspective on this one. Those graphic magic is x 5 w/ 3d.
Why is the PSP version scored higher ?
They're both the same, how could they possibly screw up the 3DS version ?
This all sounds like the devs didn't do a proper port conversion to the 3DS and didn't work out the kinks.
I just find it strange how the 3DS gets a lesser version compared to another handheld that got released nearly 6-7 years ago.
Too bad. I was somewhat interested in it.
ign reviews make me scratch my head these days.
