Naughty Dog Shows Off Uncharted 3 to Jimmy Fallon

Dualshock Nexus: Naughty Dog appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon yesterday to show of the Uncharted 3 gameplay demo. If you watched Sony's press conference then you have already seen the footage, but if you want to see how it all went down on the show check out the video below.

I totally agree with you. Did you see how beautiful the water looked? Do I dare say they took it a step above GG? Amazing. Not even Cry2's shimmering oceans looked that pretty(talking console). Is UC3 using MLAA?

If there's anything similar to this on the 360 side I'd like to see it to compare. Links?

I have all the systems, Own several PS3 games. The KZ franchise is the best example of graphics that the PS3 has NOT Uncharted. I think Resistance 3 could also surprise some as well. Uncharted is lost in cut scene smoke and mirrors.

Man I agree with everything you said until you brought up the 360. Why did you have to turn you perfectly good comment into a troll attempt? Yes I think UC3 is going to be off the chain awesome, but I don't need to bash the 360 to acknowledge it. I also think Gears 3 is going to be awesome, and I am just glad I can play both, along with Legend of Zelda: SS, without having to troll any console I don’t have. Multi-console owners for the win.

I don't think Uncharted is lost in cut-scenes. It has some of the most amazing playable stages I've ever seen in my 23+ years of gaming.
Naughty Dog, ya'll are some really amazing developers. I'm glad they are around to give us these experiences.

3:44 - 4:32 Notice how the water churns and bubbles. Also when Drake drops into it the physical interaction between himself and the water it looks damn realistic.

5:50 - 5:56 And if that still wasn't enough for you I give you the pièce de résistance!

Uncharted 3 crushes Cry2 on consoles no doubt!

I think the game looks great, yeah..but I dont know, I need to see it running on my own HD TV to really see how it looks, no matter what site it is, its never really "HD", as @davidmccue posted, the video is good quality, but not good enough for me lol I wont be impressed until I see the game running in front of me, it's the same for every game really.

Uncharted 3 Most Anticipated Game Ever

Eh I wouldn't go that far. From Uncharted 2 to Uncharted 3 it looks more of the same but in different environments. Overall I'm sure it will be a fantastic game, but it lost a lot of its wow factor. Especially considering the line-up of games coming out this year compared to 2008, Uncharted 3 doesn't stand out as much as Uncharted 2 did.

I know where xphears coming from plus he's not saying u3 isnt the best looking console game just not as big a jump as before and thats totally understandable and true. U2 is still a beast. U3 looks better but the jump in quality isnt going to be a big as infamous 1 to 2 like. So it wont blow the rest out of the water, it'll probably just cement itself as the best looking franchise this gen but that god of war engine may have something to say about that. Tim will tell

We need to wait till Nov 1 to see what other epic things happen in the game, but as far as me I don’t know why they didn’t show the plane sequence at the E3 press conference, that sequence is simply unbelievable people there more awesome things in the game that we have yet to see this game is still my most anticipated game of the year…

My friend went to E3 this year and he said there was a private screening shown for that scene, but it was only open for select people.
