The PC footage is not useless to console owners. If anything it should motivate you to get a good Gaming PC to enjoy BF3 in all it's glory.

Remember BF3 is a PC game and DICE will show the console footage when the game is done. I'm sure BF3 console will look better than BC2 which looked very nice on console.

I'm glad there are no killstreaks. Killstreaks are okay and work fine in Call of Duty; they should remain there. I always find killstreaks encouraging only the individual instead of a whole team. People will do whatever it takes to get more kills but most importantly be at the top of their team list.

Someone with no skill will camp somewhere, rank up 25 kills and then pull a tactical nuke, winning for their team, which is just bull.

I, for one, hope that DICE never adds killstreaks to Battlefield. One of the top reasons I dislike COD was the introduction of killstreaks with their "no skills kills". It's such a cheesy, arcadey game mechanic. Plus, I hate campers in FPS games and all killstreaks do is increase the incentive to camp. Thank you DICE for not putting them in BF3 and please keep them out of all future Battlefield games. Let it stay a COD thing.

EVO-OM3GA's opinion is absolutely right. Just yesterday while playing rush in Bad Company 2, there was an enemy tank that happened to be packed full of guys, all driving near one of our M-COM stations killing people on the way.

I was playing as an assault, so I ran next to the tank, placed C4 on it, and blew the huge tin can. I got lots of points for killing them, defensive kills from the M-COM station, as well as avenging my buddies' deaths, protecting others and IT FELT GOOD!

Honestly, Battlefield works perfect without killstreaks, it makes the game more balanced.

Before playing Battlefield i thought having no killstreaks was a letdown.

A lack of Killstreaks is a good thing. Killstreaks not only alter the gameplay in a bad way, but encourage camping as well. Battlefield games are about working as a team to accomplish objectives. COD is about racking up as many kills as possible while not dieing, and that's it.

Never played a BF game, but I swear COD is the only game with killstreaks. As far as I know, Uncharted 3 and Resistance 3 (not really, they are just using the perk abilities as killstreaks now but before in order to use a perk you needed to get a certain number of kills) are the only other games coming with killstreaks.

this game is being hyped way too much, no doubt its going to be amazing but the level of hype which stems from the ex-COD players is ridiculous and may very well be the downfall of this game when it releases.

You can actually kill the tanks pretty damn easy, and the maps are so big that players are more spread out. It is't like CoD where the chopper gunner is unkillable (unless you find the player controlling it, which is usually hard as they are hidden somewhere stupid) and then they can just spray all over the small map and kill everyone.

Remove the Map

Battlefield 3 .... all shooters per se .... should remove the live map tuck in the corner.

It will make the combat even more exciting as you have no idea where your opponents are.

All the CoD fanboyz would have noob killstreak stats if there was no live map showing their foes.
