Look awesome, hope it makes its way to Move eventually.

ALFAxD_CENTAURO4713d ago (Edited 4713d ago )

It's a 'real' Exclusive from what I've heard.

Kon4713d ago

I never saw a 'false' exclusive.

Army_of_Darkness4713d ago

This game is really on rails?! Wtf?! Whats the point of kinect then?!

DeadlyFire4713d ago

Just like its not possible to put Force Unleashed on PC as stated by Lucasarts. hmm...... I see it on PC and Mac.

LOGICWINS4713d ago

^^Which is why I'm HOPING that it makes its way to the Move eventually.

HolyOrangeCows4713d ago

Nah, let the Move get an original Star Wars game. One that isn't on-rails. It would be too much of a waste when there's the nav controller.

"Wasn't it unveiled last year?"
Maybe they're going to actually play it and not fake it.

baodeus4713d ago (Edited 4713d ago )

so how can u dual wield or use it similar to Dark Maul saber? Also how can u use force on one hand while throwing the light saber with the other? I guess if you have to press button, then u might as well use the controllers on the ps3.

DigitalRaptor4713d ago (Edited 4713d ago )

The beauty of Move is that it has buttons as well as being a motion-sensing controller. It means you're never too far removed from what has always made for great gameplay, and there's a ton of opportunity for great motion-sensing gameplay. So it has way more potential.

There have never been any pretences from Sony on what Move is. Particularly, no smoke & mirrors!

baodeus4712d ago (Edited 4712d ago )

I'm asking you specifically how u would do duel wieding with move on one hand and the navigator on the other (since u say u can move freely that way).

so you can swing both the move and the navigator to act like u are duel wielding while u press the button or the navigation at the same time?

Or u have to use 2 moves for duel saber motion plus u have to press button to act out the force push (instead of going through the motion of force push) then how can u navigate around freely if u don't use navigator?

badz1494713d ago (Edited 4713d ago )

because every gameplay needs to be pre-recorded lol! and you might need a director for that, thus Lucas

There are more people pew pew pewing than people playing with the ice cream cone.

subtenko4713d ago

Ever wonder what the bottom of an avatar shoe looks like while your holding a lightsaber? Well BAM, there it is!

Nah, seriously forget this game. I just wanna play Dance Central with Guile's Theme. The only kinect game I would play, LOL. That youtube video is so much win!

baodeus4713d ago

yeah man that is pretty funny and guile's theme does go with everything. LOL, love it. Although here is a video of kinect for hardcore that actually look pretty cool, as long as they know how to dance. I don't know about how kinect has change anything yet (not much game out right now), but it sure did change dancing game. Harmonix really know their shitz.

Top 10 Worst Kinect Games

Alex S. from Link-Cable writes: "A few days ago, Microsoft announced that they were officially discontinuing their Kinect motion-sensing accessory. What was once considered a chief-rival to Nintendo’s Wii revolution and an integral part of the Xbox One’s launch has come to an end, and we here at Link-Cable… couldn’t be happier. The Kinect, while sporting impressive technology never managed to live up to its full potential and most of the games released for the device either had shoe-horned in support or barely functioned as intentioned, in part because of the device’s very specific ideal conditions. So as the Kinect sails off into sunset, we’ve decided to remember the worst of times and look back at the Top 10 Worst Kinect games."

Kinect, for me, is easily worth owning for two things: Dance Central for me acting like an idiot and having fun, and Kinect Party for my kids when they want to have easy-access stupid fun at like a kid's party. Those were the only games I have enjoyed on it, and they couldn't be done any other way (well, I guess that KP is EyeToy-level work). But my hope is that when motion control falls away, we'll get a proper DDR again.

andrewsquall2351d ago (Edited 2351d ago )

Yet for 150 quid it is and was most certainly not worth owning for solely those 2 games, that you have to pay money for also.

Now far be it from me to tell you what is worth it or not worth it to you. But if that is what is worth it to you, I don't want to know what ISN'T worth it lol.

RyanDJ2350d ago

It was worth it to buy one used for half price and get one of those two games for free. ;)

datriax2351d ago

All of them are tied for 1st place.

darthv722351d ago

Star wars wouldnt be so bad if it didnt have.... the dancing. Ughhh that dancing.

They should do a list of 10 best kinect games as well. I'm sure fruit ninja and gun stringer would be on there. Those are actually fun to play.

5 Worst Licensed Video Games You Need To Avoid

MenStuff: "Fandom and loyalty to a brand or franchise can make us blind. Sometimes (and sadly, a lot of the time), developers get the opportunity to work with beloved franchises or licenses, getting us all on the hype-train, only to fail to meet up to the expectations demanded of die-hard fans."
