"The SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6670 has changed my perception of what an inexpensive GPU can do. I did not expect a card that costs about $100 to be able to play modern games at 1920×1080 and not look like a slide show, much less handle Eyefinity gaming. How wrong I was. In fact, the list of games in our suite that couldn’t handle 1920×1080 is smaller than the list of games that could. For the casual gamer or the HTPC builder the Radeon HD 6670 is an excellent choice. It’s also a great choice for someone who just needs multi-display support for a workstation."

And how many people we hear crying on this site that it costs $400+ for a new GPU to play modern games on your PC....
A $96 GPU runs games at 1080p with AA and in eyefinity. Quite nice

Yeah I was kind of blown away at some of those benchmark numbers. This is at the top of my list next time a friend/relative/etc asks about how their store-bought computer can be upgraded to play [insert game here]

And for under $200 you can buy another one for Dual crossfire that would run EVERY game in 1080p@40+ FPS with AA enabled in high quality.

I'm a big fan of Sapphire. I'm not a PC Gamer but I do a lot of 3D work, graphic design and video editing. Cheap and effective. And if I ever want to get into a bit of Steam goodness I can...again, cheap and effective.

Well we got one person to see the light. All it took was hands on experience with a cheap gpu and a pile of current games. If he tells two people and then they tell 2 people, so on and so forth, we can stomp out the ignorant masses still claiming pc gaming is too expensive.

You can build someone a gaming PC for $500 and show them the receipt and they will STILL say PC Gaming is too expensive or bring up some other "Urban Leagend" about PC Gaming.

Some people are just too stupid to listen to common sense and sound logic.

that's a great card for $99

Impressive. i have 2 mid-level 560's and I can easily easily max out any games. i payed $500 but still

your system is more of an High end system. I have two SOC Gigabyte 560 GTX @ 1000nhz and i mostly play across 3 screens maxed out.

The HD6670 is a entry level card that allows great gaming with some AA at 1080p. it would easily look better than a PS3/360

what you and i have is Enthusiast level as our systems don't feel any strain until 2560 X 1600p resolution or 3 screens and 8xSSAA or 3D. So far only Metro 2033 makes my cards sweat across 3 screens. I'm sure BF3 is gonna hurt but i'm good until DX12.

lol ya true on all of that. I wanted a good system so i threw a lot of money at it! I only play in 1080P max but that at least helps to enable me maxing everything out. 3D doesn't really do too much to FPS when it's on or off so that's always good.

Even Though Larian Is Done With Baldur's Gate 3, I Believe The Game Deserves DLC

Danish from eXputer: "DLC for Baldur's Gate 3 could resolve some unanswered questions and offer more sought-after content for what is otherwise one of the greatest RPGs in recent memory."

They made their point on DLC. Respect that.
