CE5 has a higher framerate but CE3 looks better at times...
I guess this is because CE5 is just supposed to be a Cryengine for VR and not much more
First thing modders will do is remove every bit of crappy console code from the sdk and I bet that none of the modders will use the live create feature, because consoles can't handle the mods that's going to be created by the modders(extreme-mega-omg-wtf-g raphics mod anyone?).
