N4G March Contest Details: Win a PS3 or 360

Cat|4804d ago |Blog Post|31|

Hello from GDC, N4Gers! I wanted to give you guys a heads up about the next round of monthly contests before March strikes - in case you need to prepare beforehand (stockpile bottled water and canned goods, perhaps?).

LOYAL READER LOTTERY:
Visit N4G at least once during every 24 hour period during the month of March and be entered into our Loyal Reader Lottery! If you want to keep track you can follow along with your Daily Visit score, so if you want to keep track and make sure you've logged in during a 24 hour period check this score on your profile!

Prize: Choice of PS3 Slim or 360 Slim.

CONTRIBUTOR CONTEST:
Submit news and get a top 5 News ranking in March and you can win up to $250.
The prizes are:
1st. $250
2nd. $150
3rd. $50
4th. $50
5th. $50

FORUM LOTTERY:
Post on the forums during the month of March! Two winners will be chosen and will have their choice of a copy of Killzone 3, Bulletstorm or Dragon Age 2.

[You have to be willing to provide a valid mailing address as these are physical prizes. At the end of the month winners will be contacted on N4G via PM.]

More Info on the Forum Lottery:
What it is-a monthly lottery contest where the winner(s) will receive various prizes.
How it works- Using a random generator engine we will at the end of each month choose a forum, active thread and a winner.
The finer details:
-Single post wonders, spammers, rude or offensive remarks all result in a DQ.
-The sub-forums located in the N4G related block (Announcements & Rules, contributor, etc) will not be eligible to win, nor will comments made within the Randomicity thread.
-You can only win the Forum Lottery once every six months.

NOTE: Winners of the February Contributor Contest, Loyal Reader Lottery and Forum Lottery will be announced the first week of March.

*Contests are NOT limited to the US/NA.

Hi cat!

Can you tell me what do you mean by "Single post wonders"?

Cat4798d ago

Sure thing, DEagle-izer! By "single-post wonders" we mean people that stop by the forum during the month, post once, and disappear!

I'm mad because I don't think I logged in on Friday, 3 days away too.

-Alpha4803d ago

Looks like I don't have to worry about you then :D

artsaber4803d ago (Edited 4803d ago )

I've logged in everyday, but when I tried to check my status to make sure, it doesn't show credit for the "daily visit" login - even on some of the days where I've posted. Or I am still a noob and not know how this works. By the way CAT, let me have some of your bubbles, lol.

Also, Alpha deserves the bubs for his avatar alone, the rest he deserves for just trying to be civil on here.

Bunhouse Review | TheXboxHub

Review - Bugs and control quirks make this a patchy experience. Cute as Bunhouse is, its faults might be enough that you default back to Stardew Valley.

TMNT Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants review - Games Asylum

Games Asylum: "Well, this is neat. As the name suggests, Wrath of the Mutants is the rarest of things – a genuine arcade conversion. With most modern arcade games being ticket redemption machines, this is something seldom seen. In fact, the last arcade conversion we can recall was Raw Thrill’s own Cruis’n’ Blast on Switch back in 2021. This is also based on an older iteration of TMNT, harking back to the series from 2012-2017. It’s essentially breaking franchise continuity (we’ve had two different iterations of the Turtles since) and could even be considered nostalgic for a select few – those who grew up with 2012’s Turtles are probably in their late teens."

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants Review by Video Chums

“Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Arcade: Wrath of the Mutants provides simple beat 'em up entertainment that can be kind of fun for a couchful of chums. However, its middling nature certainly leaves a lot to be desired.” - A.J. Maciejewski from Video Chums.
