This is Custom Match Modifications, you can Create Custom Classes for other Players, and you have ALL THINGS unclocked, camos, weapon, upgrade, etc etc.
Would be cool if you could change the individual colours for 'bufon' then you can easily create an epic joker face paint

Yes, because someone that's rank #15 definitely did make a private match and use the custom class option or anything...
At least admit you didn't actually unlock the face paints.
