The famous rapper Ice Cube confirmed on his personal twitter that he will be doing Corporal Bowman's Voice.

The video on Black Ops 1 shows some separate rooms, assets, and other features which exist outside of the boundary of the game.

They should have hired a good actor...kinda joking, but seriously, I'm fine with it as long as he doesn't talk like a stereotypical gangsta black guy...even though he is from the hood.
