Tons of people have kept it tho, its not hard to understand that some people sold theirs but lots of people kept theirs.

Earlier this year Sony said SOCOM Confrontatio was the game being most played online on PSN, it even had an article here in N4G.

I don't know about 360 and PC but I wouldn't be surprised if MW2 isn't top in both too.

Maybe it sold greatly but the ammount of time people spended on MW2 multiplayer is nothing but a shadow of COD4 success.

I am keeping mine, I really enjoyed mw2 :) I like having a collection of games even when you don't play them much anymore. I still have my old n64 and nes games, on the rare occasion I play them and remember the old times and hours of enjoyment I had. :D

Listen...CoD4 MW is still played by thousands of people....even after WoW and MW2 have been released. If you like your MW2 keep it...the games are all so similar it'll just feel like extra levels anyway.

No COD from 4 and beyond will be obsolete because each one plays differently. Next, if anyone does commentaries or just records footage, that is another incentive to keep those games. However, the author still has a valid opinion for gamers that move from game to game, never looking back.

The COD franchise ended after the brilliant COD4 for me. Biggest complaint is the price. No way are the COD games worth so much new, especially when you consider its basically the same game engine and the games are getting shorter and shorter.

For instance, when i traded killzone 2 i got 24 back at GS, at a local mom and pop store i got i was offered `8... i guess it depends on where you like to do your business. As for me, payint 60$ playing the shit of the game and still getting roughly 1/3 back is a good deal for me.

Never traded MW2 though, that game was great, god knows how much I played online until it got frustrating - but it was a lot!!!!
