As a trip through an interesting, beautiful world covering ground that hasn’t been effectively tread in games, with a strong narrative and engaging, believable characters, it provides something unique this Fall. If you can look past its flaws, Enslaved might surprise you as much as it did IGN.

From Xfire: "It's not unusual to see the occasional bad PC port, but these ones make the bad PC ports look great in comparison."
To be fair with GTAIV, it was a very CPU bound game, released at a time when the vast majority of PC gamers still believed that the CPU was nearly irrelevant, and that you only needed a good GPU. 95% of "gaming" builds back then were using turds for CPUs.
Joseph, Josh, and Chris go over a striking Sony decision, a Star Wars: Knights of the Republic remake seems to be happening, and local JRPG lover Chris talks about Atelier Firis DX.
Enslaved: Odyssey to the West may be a cult classic now, but it's also a fascinating predecessor to the popular cinematic games of today.
This game deserves a full remake. Good game but could be so much more on modern hardware.
Still a great game a sleeper hit to most people I so want a sequel to this game but I am not holding my breath.
One of the few games that I finished. I have actually finished this game on pc and Xbox.
so LOS is getting around 7.5-8
now this should be around 8 as well
vanquish got 93 as its first review i expect that to get between 8.5-9
fallout new vegas will be the one i buy in these days value for money needs to be there for every thing else there is gamefly
also medal of honor should get some good reviews i want to play the SP since ps3 will have 2 SP i might buy that too
............................. .............................
capcom your reboot for DMC will be about 7.5 if NT has anything to say about it
and everyone who disagrees just waite and see NT can not i repeat can not make a great game they will tell a great story sometimes but not a overall great games
............................. .............................. . ...
There are problems though. There are some bizarre graphical glitches and hiccups throughout the game. Occasionally cutscenes will break, leading to characters' voices acting without their bodies and other bizarre moments. There's also some major framerate issues throughout the game, particularly on the PS3. These range from distracting to debilitating from a gameplay perspective, but luckily, they're uncommon
so even though NT had past experience with ps3 we get this well my money can be spend on other games when will these devs understand that 40million user base is large enough to give equal ports
Less avoidable are controls that feel overly loose for an action game. Monkey takes much longer to respond to input from the controller than he should. We're talking visually noticeable delays in response for most actions. Heavenly Sword had a similar problem, and there's a learning curve as you grow to compensate for it.
Lasting Appeal
While Enslaved is a good 10-12 hours long, once it's finished, it's finished, save for some minor collectable cleanup and whatever trophies or achievements you see fit to work toward.

after the slow summer i am happy to finally play some good games
Day one for me.
I like the fact it is according to IGN to have a great story that is a huge plus. The soundtrack as well will be good.
Now my only choice is to get it in HMV or GAME both have good preorder bonus.
Enslaved falls apart a bit in the play department, with loose controls and platforming that can occasionally lean toward autopilot.
If the gameplay sucks in Enslaved, I wonder how they are gonna fuk up DMC.
Pass. I have no confidence in NT and Hevenly Sword wasn't even that great imo.
