Ex: "As awesome as Halo: Reach is, a lot of good games came out this month that any real gamer should not miss out on. So, before you rush off into next month to play Fallout: New Vegas and the such, be sure to take a look over this list and make sure you didn't miss out on games you'll later regret not playing."
Civilization V continues to be one of the most popular grand-strategy games you can play on Steam, for about three years.
Love strategy but your processor and graphics card doesn't love you? The best strategy games for low-end PCs have you covered.
Overall, Birth By Sleep is an important slice of the Kingdom Hearts series, and shouldn’t be missed out on if you’re looking to get into the series. Granted, some of the features and moment-to-moment gameplay is lost when it transitioned from the PSP to modern consoles. But nonetheless, one can’t deny its overall importance to the story and the impact of its mechanics and systems to the series overall.
i like it, but its just too much "friendships are the key to our power" bs.
don't get me started on them minigames lol
i think the game had tremendous potential for essential online gaming and other things. but they didnt do a whole lot with it in the remaster.
i would, however, consider it to be one of the harder games in the series, which is good
IMO, almost all the games on this list deserve more recognition than Halo: Reach. I played it, and I still honestly can't tell what all the fuss is about.
I dunno about you guys, but Halo: Reach was the only game I was playing this month. Thought about getting a PS Move, but man, Halo is taking up all my free time these days.
PS Move just doesn't impress me. I'll prob wait for the Kinect instead.
It surprises me how many good games will be overlooked, for now, by a large number of gamers. Thanks to Steam, Civilization 5 and RUSE are still getting *some* hype, but some people won't even consider picking either up any time soon because, yes, they are playing other hyped up games like Halo: Reach. There's also a number of good RPG's that just came out. More of these games will get noticed once the Holiday season nears and people consider picking up more new games, but for now, many won't receive as much attention as they deserve.
There's no doubt that Halo: Reach is a good game for many, but this list is a good eye opener for those who may want to take a break from it and try another good (recently released) game.
There's a good reason why no one else bought anything this month.
1.) Halo: Reach is GOTY --why settle for second best?
2.) PlayStation Move was easily a huge flop --Kincet will dominate it next month, so why waste money on something that's going to die faster than the Virtua Boy?
3.) Everything else sucked in comparison to Halo: Reach.
4.) LOL @ Civilization. Only nerds who have no life waste time with that game. It takes forever to play and then someone just builds a space ship and wins. LAME.
The reason birth by sleep was overlooked is because it was another damn spin off.
Reach is the only game I bought and it will be a while before I buy another.
