Two amazing games on PS3 in January, LBP2 and ME2

Hideo_Kojima4950d ago

LBP 2 BETA is really cool.
The emitor hat allows you to through anything you want from your head as quickly as you want and as far as you want.

Fire, Electricity or even tanks and buildings.

deafwing4950d ago

damn .. I will loose sleep on this game :(

PixlSheX4950d ago (Edited 4950d ago )

Capture the flag! FPS! RPG! Micro Machines! Zone of enders! Geometry wars! OMG THIS IS ALREADY THE BEST GAME I'VE EVER SEEN! I can't believe it can recreate all those amazing games!

otacon684950d ago

So much awesomness. Shame we have to wait till january...

OneSneakyMofo4950d ago

Stupid of Sony and/or Mm to push this back. It would've won GotY hands down. Oh well, more polish = better game for us.

redDevil874950d ago

maybe the BETA was more successful than they thought it would be. Look at the levels people are creating, why would you stop now? They're probably doing and finding things MM would never have thought of.

Plus they might be implementing some of the glitches into the game i.e. the layer glitch which led to the FPS mode.

Hideo_Kojima4950d ago

I think the BETA found a lot of bugs and a lot of new possibilities were shown to the developers.

On my first day I found 3 bugs in about 2 hours.

Also like you said all this new ideas may have given them even more ideas so they wanted to implement more features into the game.

All that takes a lot more time than I think they had planned

despair4950d ago

I rather they finish the game proper and fix any bugs or make any improvements than it being a contender or winner for a useless and pointless "Game of the Year".

house4950d ago

get goty next year for 2011 and it most likely will. it was kinda a smart move to finish the game fix bugs but not only that but gt 5 is one of sonys biggest games so its better that lbp got moved so it has its own room to shine.
on topic damn these levels are just insane and this is just the beta

redDevil874950d ago (Edited 4950d ago )

They made capture the flag! 0__0 thats frickin crazy

I always wanted a micro machines on the PS3... and now i have one :D

NBT914950d ago

No you don't, you have a fairly boring top down racer with next to none of the fun, the Micro Machines games actually had. The same goes to just about anything that's been made so far.

That FPS Viatnam level for example, it's no where near as good and fun to play as an actual FPS Game (except maybe Haze :D).
Impressive that people can make this stuff sure, but I just don't see the point in playing recreations of racers when there are very good ones available. I guess what i'm trying to say is: LBP has allways impressed me, but I just find it boring to actually play.

I don't use this term much, I try not to but I consider this game over hyped / over rated. Anyone care to tell me: why should I play a bad recreation of Pac Man in LBP(2?) when I can play the better original version?

HeroXIV4950d ago

LBP RPG is the best thing I've seen so far. It's just insane how much creativity the LBP community has, it makes me a bit jealous actually.

It's A Crime That There's No Sleeping Dogs 2 Yet

Huzaifah from eXputer: "Sleeping Dogs from the early 2010s is one of the best open-world games out there but in dire need of a resurgence."

LG_Fox_Brazil18h ago

I agree, I consider the first one a cult classic already

isarai13h ago

You say "yet" as if it's even possible anymore. United Front Games is gone, along with anyone that made this game what it is

He did a track guide for Neurnberg 24 in GTsport.

We have had no more content since then, maybe a few time trail modes, I believe there was one from Sebastian Vettel and Max Verstapen as well, due to the red bull partnership.

Back to Lewis, He STILL wears the Gran Turismo logo on his caps, every weekend Formula One races take place.

I was expcting more from this sponsorship, oh well. This video, is kinda rubbing salt into the wound, for me

That Driver tutorial still haunts my dreams. That parking lot saw me fail a thousand times
