It even has the exact same finish as the PS3 so it looks as if it is one part.

Nope I've opened up one of the drives before to recover a disk, it is pretty solid in there. It's not like a regular disk tray.

There have been tons of things like this. Hell i have one on my 80Gb that adds Memory Card readers and 3 extra USBs (snaps at the front)

If the pricing on this is correct this is a massive rip-off.

I think its a waste of money, Sony didnt put lion batteries in their controllers just so that then you can buy another product to charge them on its what the ps3 is for. Then the Usb slots you can go onto a site like newegg and find a little tiny media hub that is even built for the ps3 that is $20 AND has a multi-media card reader in it.

I was just at bestbuy and they had a 3 port USB hub along with media card reader of SD,MS, and MD i think it was for $20. All in 1 device nice and small that would blend in with a ps3 slim perfectly.

I will say the device itself is really nice i do like it a lot. But that price is just to high.

On that video the USB HUB(4 port) is optional. This means it will cost extra for the USB HUB. It looks like its not included with the dock.
