"With E3 less than three months away, some of gaming's biggest franchises will soon grow just a bit larger. Not all of these games have been officially announced, some are just rumors. But all of them are definitely in development, so here's everything we know about gaming's great unannounced sequels" such as God of War IV, Halo 4, Killzone 3, Resistance 3, Gears of War 3, Uncharted 3 and more.
For those who don't have time for massive open worlds or role-playing games with epic tales, these 15 games are worth checking out.
Gears of War 3 and Judgement servers have returned to their "updated" condition, adding several features, such as increased XP and more.
I currently play Gears 3 often, especially after the 60 FPS Boost. Gears of War is my favorite gaming franchise, and the Locusts are the coolest faction in history. Gears Judgment will always be a disgrace for not having the Locust in VS multiplayer.
GoW 3 and Judgement were the last installments before the series went woke and soulless. I'm level 50 in GoW 3 and LOVE it's multiplayer to death. It's just so crispy.
The Amsterdam-based studio reflects on its humble beginnings, beloved franchises, and growth through the years.
Up there with the top tier in the industry. Love Guerrilla Games - Horizon Burning Shores is simply STUNNING.
32.7M sales in the Horizon franchise! With 8.4M coming from Forbidden West alone! Truly a hugely successful game and franchise as a whole. Looking forward to Horizon III
Yooo, when I first saw that Killzone 1 footage at E3, my friends my brothers and I were like, Holy shit! When it came out, it didn't look exactly like it, but we sunk so many hours into 1 & 2.
I even liked Killzone: SF, it was a spectacle to look at, and even today it looks good. I hope they make a new one. Can you imagine how that will look, and they can get some modern FPS pointers from Bungie.
Such a wonderful studio. They deserve all their success.
The Decima Engine is absolute 🔥 I'm just mad they have abandoned Killzone.
"It is not being called Call of Duty 9 right now, but "Call of Duty: Sledgehammer" doesn't have a release date yet either."
You're right, it's not being called CoD9. Just like WaW isn't CoD5 and MW2 isn't CoD6!
Why do people insist on calling each Call of Duty game by their release order instead of their name (i.e. CoD:WaW they call CoD5, CoD:MW2 they call CoD6, etc)!? It drives me nuts.
You don't see other people calling Super Mario World, Mario 64, and Super Mario Galaxy by names such as Super Mario 5, Super Mario 6, etc.
lame
Halo: Ghosts of Onyx anyone?
I would be happy with my yearly Insomniac game.
Mortal Kombat 9. I'm excited about a lot of the sequels on the list but I can't wait for that MK reboot.
