PS3 Hulu Viewers Rejoice: Disney (ABC) Inks Deal to Bring More Shows to your PS3 Browser

DeAno Jackson at PSLS writes: "Great news for those you watch Hulu on their PS3s! Hulu announced that Disney is joining NBC Universal as and equity owner in Hulu, meaning that great shows like Lost, Scrubs, Desparate Housewives, General Hospital (sorry; my Mom would shoot me if I failed to mention this one), and many other shows from ABC, ABC Family, the Disney Channel, and SOAPnet will be available to watch, for free, via your PS3s handy web browser!

Read all about it in the press release below."

Cool.
The more the better. That's all I gotta say.

Rockstar5468d ago

Now all I have to do is move out of Canada to watch it.

Or use hotspot shield which seriously affects my speed.

Nicely done, but I wish Disney(Disney)would bring Zack and Cody to Hulu. I need to get me some ridiculous laughing going on in this house.

not a fan of that particular show, but i do agree there should be more actual DISNEY programming and not just ABC Network shows. It'd be amazing if they put some full-length Disney classics up there, but they make too much money by re-releasing those from their "vault"

I was excited as hell to see this press release; I love Hulu. 40% of my weekly time using my PS3 is watching TV via Hulu. I wish Sony would so an cross-promotional agreement with them with both their television division and their gaming division: put Sony's shows on Hulu and put Hulu on the XMB of the PlayStation 3. Everyone wins!

I use Playon software to watch HULU on my PS3 and 360. And love it, now i love it even more with this news.

i think i'm going to cut off my cable tv this summer since i download movies and stream from hulu and netflix mostly. i only watch the news and i can watch that over the air with my hdtv's...

I plan on doing the same thing, actually. I don't use my cable television; I'm not even sure where exactly I put the cable box. I just use the net.

Ranking the Devil May Cry Series

VGChartz's Mark Nielsen: "Upon finally finishing Devil May Cry 5 recently - after it spent several years on my “I’ll play that soon” list - I considered giving it a fittingly-named Late Look article. However, considering that this was indeed the final piece I was missing in the DMC puzzle, I decided to instead take this opportunity to take a look back at the entirety of this genre-defining series and rank the entries. What also made this a particularly tempting notion was that while most high-profile series have developed fairly evenly over time, with a few bumps on the road, the history of Devil May Cry has, at least in my eyes, been an absolute roller coaster, with everything from total disasters to action game gold."

First to last for me...3,4,5,1,2.

VersusDMC2h ago

Me leaving it out should be telling of my thoughts on it. Better than 2 as a DMC game.

Still a good game though.

Friendlygamer4h ago

3,1,4,5 to me, never played 2. 5 gameplay is amazing but level design was really disappointing to me, just a bunch of plain arenas, the story felt like a worse written rehash of the 3rd and the charater models looked weird ( specially the ladies ). Another problem with 5 was that there was not enough content for 3 charaters so I could never really familiarize with any of them

2.
Dmc.
4.
5.
1.
3.

God DMC2 was an awful game.
And in case this isn't obvious it goes worst to best

Yui_Suzumiya1h ago

1 and DmC. The rest are unimportant.

Order changes depending on your focus. I tend to focus on gameplay/fun factor, so...

5, 3, 1, 4, 2.

I really didn't like 4 but commend Dante's weapon diversity. The retreading of old ground was pretty unacceptable to me.

But even then... Still more enjoyable than 2 for me
