On May 16, Bungie stomped Epic's Gears of War by releasing its Halo 3 beta. Lines were drawn. Lancer and Battle Rifles collided. Gears' Gnasher Shotgun bared its fangs at Halo 3's M90. Clearly, there can be only one victor.
GameDaily pit these two gaming studs against one another to see which offers the best multiplayer experience.
VGChartz's Mark Nielsen: "Upon finally finishing Devil May Cry 5 recently - after it spent several years on my “I’ll play that soon” list - I considered giving it a fittingly-named Late Look article. However, considering that this was indeed the final piece I was missing in the DMC puzzle, I decided to instead take this opportunity to take a look back at the entirety of this genre-defining series and rank the entries. What also made this a particularly tempting notion was that while most high-profile series have developed fairly evenly over time, with a few bumps on the road, the history of Devil May Cry has, at least in my eyes, been an absolute roller coaster, with everything from total disasters to action game gold."
3,1,4,5 to me, never played 2. 5 gameplay is amazing but level design was really disappointing to me, just a bunch of plain arenas, the story felt like a worse written rehash of the 3rd and the charater models looked weird ( specially the ladies ). Another problem with 5 was that there was not enough content for 3 charaters so I could never really familiarize with any of them
Activision and Raven Software's 2006 action role-playing game, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, has found its way to the Xbox Store.
Used to love this one, but X-Men Legends 1 and 2 will always be my favorites, especially Rise of Apocalypse. Would pay some good money to play it today with online multiplayer, back then I had no way to get a modem
I remember buying them dirt cheap on the PS4 and then a few days later I read they were delisted. I was wondering why the bundle was price so low and got my answer when that happened.
Sad to say this is one game franchise next to the Xmen that needs a sequel. I use to play the hell out of Xmen Legends and Marvel Ultimate Alliance. Was great when my cousin had the OG Xbox play with four other people and then playing online. Great games glad to see it reappear even though I own the discs love the mechanics of this game.
Misleading. This page is whats available for people who owned the game prior to delisting.
Get the scoop on Comedy Central's exciting new cartoon show inspired by the iconic Golden Axe video game
Golden Axe is a great game I enjoyed it on the SMS, Genesis and in the arcade. Great game but it truly was a quarter eater back in the day. I wish Sega could get the rights to the arcade port of Moonwalker another great arcade game I enjoyed. Collect so many monkeys and become Robo Michael lol.
is just a beta!!!!!
Halo has a fast pase, but Gears is extra hard core. It all evens out.
Its way more fun to play online than gears
Are you guys saying that Halo 3 (or any of the Halo's for that matter) is better than a game made by EPIC??? Do you know how many PC gamers would slit your throats if they heard that? EPIC craps out better games than Halo 3, ohkay?!!!
GOW DEFINITELY KILLS HALO 3!!!
Halo 3 is what Halo's always wanted to be...Tribes 2.
Except, in Tribes, you get jetpacks...
1st - Halo has a art and what not based upon a world/enviroment from 2001. You can't take the Halo universe and change it's style to match something like GOW w/o loosing the feel. I'm glad they do not look the same.
2cnd - as stated time and time again - it's a Beta.
3rd - They are completely different game styles. It's not comparing apples to apples... both are great games and extremely fun - but they completely different play styles. Again - how can this be a good comparison.
4th - I've played them both extensively - and I'd take Halo over GOW any day. But that's my opinion. In Match Making - Halo 2/3 matching is fantastic - GOW, not so much. They should make Halo's MM manditory!
5th - myswordisheavy, that's funny stuff. You're wrong, but you made me laugh.
