last report i saw it sold less than the 360...oh well normal service resumed (well nearly) wii's in 2nd place which is unusual for nintendo

Cyrus3655530d ago

No where, the earlier reports were wrong/mistranslated.

deeznuts5530d ago

How do you mis translate numbers? Lol, somebody was drunk!

Sarcasm5530d ago

Numbers don't lie, but the person posting them can always change them

barom5530d ago

lol Yakuza 3 beat Mario & Luigi RPG life time sales. That's pretty cool, especially considering the NDS userbase in Japan.

The tide is slowly turning. There will be a calm before the storm.

Then the tsunami will come. It is called the PlayStation 3. >:D

Actually, this list looks very different:

Cyrus3655530d ago

That's cause your quoting Media Create source, while this is Famitsu source.

There are 2-3 different reporting agencies in japan.

cayal5530d ago

Sony really cleaned out with 75,000 sold between PSP and PS3 and over 600,000 games sold between the top two.

SiLeNt KNighT5530d ago

i find it funny how star ocean is called 'The Last Hope'...it kinda is the 360's in japan. sadly for MS next week it will be out of the list. one of the best selling jrpg's for the 360 and total its sold less than half Y3 sold in one week. wheres that article saying how well the 360 is doing in japan. what a joke

Bathyj5530d ago

C'mon, I made that joke months ago, and a few times since.

You're right but, it is funny.

SiLeNt KNighT5530d ago

my bad i didnt see it. great minds think alike.

and great games sell accordingly. apparently SO4 is NOT one of them

ChickeyCantor5529d ago

" my bad i didnt see it. great minds think alike."

So do stupid minds...you aren't really being realistic here =P!

...i'm kidding ...put the rage away >=D

6 Fun Games Where You Actually Play As The Bad Guy

While the mainstream media always sees things turning in favor of the hero, here are 6 games that own being a bad guy.

Profchaos2h ago

Pretty much all of these games listed are based around a morality system you don't have to be bad and you don't have to be good.

It seems to have left out some real amazing games like red dead redemption 1/2,ass effect and true crime la/ny

Armored Core VI?

Ok, I'm really missing something here. Just beat chapter 3 earlier this evening, unlocked A-rank Arena fights. I'm not seeing or sensing any branching paths or morality system and I've done every side mission and arena fight available to me up to that fight.

Is something big coming soon to branch the story?

No mention of Grand Theft Auto? Saints Row (original trilogy), Manhunt? Also The Suffering (depending on the ending you get).

I never got around to mass effect - I’m skeptical that it would hold up if I were to try it now

Furesis18h ago

I would say it does. The combat is a bit shit for todays standards but everything else is great.

anast17h ago

It's worth a play through today.
