Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer is warning IT organisations that they risk provoking an end user backlash if they don't move off the XP operating system.
"If you deploy a four or five-year old operating system today, most people will ask their boss why the heck they don't have the stuff they have at home," the Microsoft CEO said.
Cities: Skylines 2's First DLC, Beach Properties, launched on Monday, March 25, and many players are not happy with what it offers.
After the rocket weapons in the game were buffed, Helldivers 2 players say the Railgun is a useless weapon now.
I'm gonna have to say this: SKILL ISSUE.
Turn on unsafe mode ya nerds.
It works exactly the same before the nerf on unsafe mode. Its actually properly balanced by the devs to be high risk high reward now. It's great powerful and versatile weapon. Your just gonna have to put in some effort and get good with it.
Railgun is still powerfull if you know how to use it. And I agree with arc thrower, a very powerfull crowd control weapon and can kill charger with just 7 fully charged hits..
It still works, but other weapons are now better. Would be interesting to see stats on how many are playing with it now. From my experience no one is using it any more.
If you are unsure have the saving system works, this article is for you.
this guy pissed me off too much
i wish i could change to a mac. but i guess i will stay with good ol' XP until the backlash come and gets me! (:
Release an unstable OS and YOU will face backlash
Ballmer is a joke!
