Digital Spy Writes:
Sony's next-generation PlayStation 3 console has been outsold by the PlayStation 2 during 2008, according to the latest sales figures.
VGChartz's Mark Nielsen: "Upon finally finishing Devil May Cry 5 recently - after it spent several years on my “I’ll play that soon” list - I considered giving it a fittingly-named Late Look article. However, considering that this was indeed the final piece I was missing in the DMC puzzle, I decided to instead take this opportunity to take a look back at the entirety of this genre-defining series and rank the entries. What also made this a particularly tempting notion was that while most high-profile series have developed fairly evenly over time, with a few bumps on the road, the history of Devil May Cry has, at least in my eyes, been an absolute roller coaster, with everything from total disasters to action game gold."
GB: "With this feature, we will be taking a look at 15 of the best games from the PlayStation 2's vast library."
Plenty of unforgettable games have completely messed up their players throughout the years, all the way back from the PS1 days to the dark recesses of the modern internet.
I think that this will translate in to more PS3 users down the road....
Since they own both consoles!
It's all good because it's all SONY!;)
Oh yeah, Sony is cooking with fire now.
I can't even imagine what would happen if the PS3 reaches that point.
Oh, let the good times roll.
I wonder if this happened to the PS2 when it recently launched.
The PS One reacing it's 8th birthday and outselling the younger PS2. Does anyone remember?
