It could be a beta test then. Fable legends is getting a beta this year and its likely to be coming very soon after E3.

Fable legends will be larger than 4 gigs though.

Maybe not the beta though, like Titanfall, they normally have low rez textures to reduce the download size, along with a smaller playabe area.

Could also be a test for Project Spark implementing multiplayer. They had talked about how they wanted to add the ability for multiplayer game creation.
